Our stay at the property was truly excellent, exceeding our expectations in many ways. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive and accommodating, ensuring that we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The staff were friendly and responsive, addressing any requests promptly and with a smile.

We stayed in Alila a few days back to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we had an amazing experience. We had booked a standard room and they were kind enough to upgrade us to their loft room which was beautiful and nicely decorated. They had made a birthday decor on the bed and a cake was kept for her. The hospitality of the staff is incredible and very rarely u get to see that nowadays. The guest relations host Velecia kept checking on us to see if we were settled and if everything was well with us. We were even given a late checkout when asked. The breakfast was also very good and ambience is nice and serene. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a peaceful break!

Amazing hospitality and architecture is great. They have near by beach which is not private but it's only 700 m, they provide a cart to reach it. Rooms are very spacious and wardrobe and washrooms stand out as very impressive. Food is also great specially there ala carte restaurant.

As i start writing this review , the thought coming to mind is , that if someone else wrote this review , I would either consider it a fake or paid review. But believe me , every word that I write is absolutely true. It was perfect from the word go - smooth check in ( assisted by Ms Shobha ), and then one good experience after another. The staff is so polite & understanding that I don't have enough words to praise them . I had my mother also traveling with me & everyone ( as they term themselves as our Alilla family ) took it personally upon themselves to take care of her as their own mom,Offering food without spices, chatting with her - explaining things ..... Drinks made perfectly by David , Yash , Mangesh - service by Abhishek , Amit , Keyi, Kumar to name a few, A fanatabulous experience. It felt as if I am in my own private palace , all requierments adhered to without asking . It was as if these guys have their intutive skills honed to perfection. Food is superb , pool staff Mr Ramachandra is one soft spoken gem of a guy - first night the singer Mr Jim did wonders with his choice of music . All in all a perfect experience in a perfect environment. A special note of thanks to our Aliila host Ms Velecia who feels like family - not only does she take extremely good care of u while u r on property , but also keeps enquiring about you till u reach ur home . Hospitality on another level.
