Very personalized service by Mr Bunbun in Al Firdaous restaurants. What a wonderful warm friendly man who made sure we had excellent experience. Thanks God I always get hotel in Movenpick with facilities are very good and comfortable. We had an exceptional breakfast and lunch in Movenpick Restaurants. The staff in Restaurants friendly, good hospitality and most welcome. Well done to MOVENPICK MAKKAH TEAM.
We stayed at the Jumeirah for our Umrah trip. Our room was fantastic but we were so appalled by the dining service and quality of food.
At breakfast, the service is terrible. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful and the people behind the live food stations need to smile like the gentleman on the egg station. I asked 5 times for a karak chai from the start of entering the breakfast until the end; I was there for 1.5 hours and every single person I asked was unable to get me the karak. They kept ignoring and disappearing. In the end I had to remind the waiters how long I had been waiting only to be told it had run out. I was waiting for a very long time just to be told this! In the end someone did get me the karak but it was so hard to just ask for something so simple.
Also every day at breakfast the tables are not set out with the cuttlery and napkins missing. Every time I ask someone for some cutlery as there isn’t any on the table and it doesn’t get replaced but again we are always ignored and have many times helped ourselves to cutlery from other tables or the station where staff store the cutlery.
We got very tired of the service here and it definitely doesn’t live up to the standards of other 5 star hotels (except the hotel and room itself). The staff are very unhelpful and the kitchen staff are awful. Having come from a hospitality background, there needs to be more structure in your kitchen and managers need to stop prioritising specific tables. All guests should be treated the same.
We came to the buffet dinner and we’re looking forward to a lovely meal however the food was absolutely awful quality. The lamb shoulder was so over cooked and dry. We have never tasted anything quite like it. I have attached a picture to show the quality. It was inedible.
There were literally no staff at any of the service stations. We wanted some of the grilled meat and chicken and we had searched for someone to serve it to us and he took one handful of it and put it on our plates. That is not an adequate protein portion. The portion was enough to fit a tablespoon of meat. The options were so poor. Again, no table service and no napkins and cutlery. We had to keep asking for things that should have been there. We didn’t even have water bottles and the table next to us had 5 water bottles for 2 people. We were really looking forward to the dinner but it was the worst buffet we have been to for a five star hotel. Nothing was fresh and the dessert selection was terrible too. Definitely nothing 5 star about it. The pastry was old and stale and very sweet without any flavour. It’s such a shame at such a high price which does not reflect any quality at all.
We were so disappointed with the stay. We were hoping to return later this year with our family but we will have to find another hotel as this is hotel is not at the standard to bring our family to. Your location, decor, room size are amazing but your customer service and quality of food really lets you down. It is such a shame as we were really looking forward to staying here again.
Best,
Umar Raza
This was a good hotel, generally clean with good facilities. It is around 1km from the Haram (Kaaba). There is a free bus shuttle service which runs every 10-15 minutes to & from the Haram, which drops around 600m from the Haram. Be sure to leave early from the Hotel to reach for the prayers on time. The room was clean as well as the toilet. Hotel staff was generally friendly. There are two restaurants on levels R & H, as well as prayer room at floor PR if someone needs it.
Here’s a review you can use for the hotel:

I recently stayed at Novotel Makkah and while it was a bit far from Haran, it turned out to be manageable. The hotel provided transportation for every 1 hour time, which was a great convenience and made my experience much more enjoyable. Overall, I found the stay satisfactory, and I appreciated the effort made to accommodate guests' needs.

ゲゲストTwo nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member
NNabeelIt’s a very nice hotel. ゲート79(10分)まで歩いて行ける距離で、カアバに直接つながる。
2つの塔、1&2、両方とも素晴らしい朝食を持っています。
There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe that can make birthday cake if you so wish.

MMuzfar MThe rooms are clean and neat. But compared to family room it was small and lighting was less. The room service was good and cleaning staff was very good. The cleaning is very good. The concierge service also was very good. Location is very close to Masjid. I took this because I had kids. Also close to the food stalls. Difficulty was to reach the hotel by taxi and no parking. While checking out Mr. Moidu helped us to reach the nearest taxi point to reach our car in Kudai parking. I would recommend the hotel, stay, staff and service is excellent
Vacations at Makkah could be a dream. But staying at a hotel down the street - from where you can view the Clock of the biggest clock tower in the world is a dream come true. Only 20 minutes walk away (depending on your speed) or 5 minutes drive, and you’ll be in Harem. What you expect from a hotel room after an physical exertion is a cozy bed, healthy atmosphere and finest sanitary products; and of course coffee! Trust me that’s all you need after a long drive or flight. (I’m not kidding but you won’t feel the jet lag in their beds). Three Points Musalli was not a hotel of the Clock Tower, however it maintained its standard. Despite parking being an issue, there was nothing that could disappoint you. There were elevators that were on time, services just a call away, coffee shop, guests washrooms, and a wide seating area. I mean what else do you need? I’ve been to many hotels, and yes Swiss or Pullman Zamzam may be a part of Harem, but that doesn’t mean they were the best. Their rooms were pretty much squeezed (sq ft) and the services are never on time; plus their wifi have proxy so you can’t access every website. And it’s only because they are 5-stars, hence BUSY as hell. They are heavily populated with tourists. However, the Three Point Musalli is only 3-star but the size of the rooms, interior of both the rooms and bathrooms, plus the services provided literally make it better than 5-star. Honestly, after living in the 5-star hotels, I don’t believe the at we should rate any hotel with stars since each of them have their own pros and cons. But I give Three Point Hotel 100 golden stars. It deserves it.
IIqra SMy stay at Worth Elite Hotel during my trip to Makkah was amazing. The overall experience was decent, there are a few aspects worth noting for future travelers.
The hotel itself is modern, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful place to rest after long days at the holy sites. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. The service, though not exceptional, was reliable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were well-maintained throughout my stay.
One of the standout aspects is the surrounding area. There are several amazing hotels nearby that offer a variety of dining and shopping options, which added a great deal of convenience during my stay. The proximity to these amenities definitely made it easier to find good restaurants and places to explore.
However, the one challenge I encountered was the location of the hotel itself. It was a bit difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors, as it’s tucked away from the main roads. Even with GPS, I found it a little confusing to navigate, so I recommend planning your route in advance.
From Hotel to Masjid-Al-Haram it’s 7min walk, which is worth it. However, if you are extremely tired from walking then it’s bit tough. Hotel doesn’t provide shuttle and the taxi is bit expensive.
Despite the minor location issue, Worth Elite Hotel offers a comfortable stay with helpful staff and great options nearby, making it a solid choice for travelers to Makkah.
