The hotel was amazing staying there was really good to experience they provide bus to haram every 30 minutes… the stuffs are very kind and friendly… i recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Makkah 👌

滞在中、素晴らしい経験をしました。場所は素晴らしく、ハラムから歩いてすぐ、特にアブドゥルアジズ王門の近くでした。部屋は快適でとても清潔で、長い一日の後に戻るのにリラックスできる場所でした。朝食はまともで、さまざまなオプションから選択できます。また、部屋からのハラームの景色も楽しんだ。 忙しい時間に部屋で祈ることが出来るという利便性は、マスジドアルハラームの会衆の音が、快適さに応じてオンまたはオフできる部屋のスピーカーで奏でられたためでした。 唯一の欠点は、洗面所が少し小さかったことですが、全体的に、滞在はとても快適でした。

サービスとスタッフは非常に良い。家具、カーペット、ホテル全体の状態はやり直しが必要です。ランプの損傷、シンクの損傷。部屋と駐車場のエレベーターは使いにくく、わかりにくい。駐車料金は 1 泊あたり SAR250 です。

This stay offered a generally positive experience, but a few minor inconveniences detracted from it. While the cleanliness and amenities could have been better – particularly the malfunctioning hot plate – the staff addressed the booking issue efficiently when contacted. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was pleasant. Here's a breakdown of the key points: Positives: Generally positive experience. Rooms were almost ready before Zuhur prayer and they checked us earlier before the actual timing. Negatives: Cleanliness and amenities could be improved (especially the non-functional hot plate). Booking issues arose as we booked two rooms but only one room was appearing when we reached there, but resolved promptly by contacting trip.com.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip, and it left a truly positive impression. The unique design and concept of the hotel make you feel like you're on another planet! The rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with attention to every detail. One of the standout features for me was the dining experience. The availability of a wide variety of halal food was a huge advantage. This is especially important for travelers with specific dietary preferences. The food was fresh, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. The hotel’s location was another highlight – close to many shops and attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring Guangzhou. I highly recommend Guangzhou Planet Concept Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. It’s definitely become one of my favorites!

Close to haram, nice and clean, friendly staff, variety of good food, however it's sad seeing a lot of visitors fill up their plates and can't finish it, resulting in a lot of wastage.

Very good hotel, best hotel in makkah, only 5 min to Haram Sharif, breakfast is 10 out of 10, staffs are 10 out of 10, check in and out is express, mall access through hotel lift. Inside clock tower

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were amazing—proactive, professional, and always ready to assist. The guest relations lady, in particular, was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience and she was always available at anytime. The rooms were spotless and very well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Additionally, the hotel offers a buggy service to the Haram, which was very convenient, even though it’s just a short 3-minute walk. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Great service, clean facilities, and thoughtful amenities made this a memorable stay!
