「Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
