Worst customer service at this hotel. This is the first review I’ve ever written. When we checked in on Thursday afternoon, we were the only people in the lobby and check in was very slow. We are Marriott Gold members and can receive upgrades as available. The room they gave us was on the first floor. We went to the room it was completely dark because the windows were boarded up withy plywood from being under the snow. We proceeded back lobby and had to negotiate for a different room. Long story short the following night we had a horrible experience at the restaurant bar. When we complained to the manager about the entire experience the there was no we are sorry, we only received excuses. When we mentioned the room experience we were told that not having a boarded up room was a ‘personal preference’. For $550 a night I can’t imagine anyone would have the preference of of staying in a dark room with plywood in the windows. Good luck.
