Sonar Bangla Resort

This is a fraud and most pathetic resort.....they have taken the same name of sonar bangla hotel....people get confused and book the resort instead of hot It's a big red flag....they will take money n refuse to return I have not seen a worse property In the name of reception there is a asbestos sheet covered hut having bed sheets Rooms are awful We let our money go n checked in into another hotel This resort is a nigh**are....beware people !!

I wanted to bring in to your attention that we as a guest in Sonar bangla ***darmoni had to face immense harassment at the hotel. The hotel put allegation that we had lifted two bottles from the hotel room This kind of behavior was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting We had finished our checkout formalities and we’re about to check out when somebody from room service came and blamed that we had taken two bottles. Whereas we had never seen those bottles in our room,it was a completely false allegation,we were taken by surprise also could not believe that they were putting such a matter,so stupid Why would one steal two bottles when they just cleared a hefty bill at the hotel. This kind of harassment at a hotel premises is absolutely unacceptable and intolerable. We de***d that the hotel personally apologizes to us. Or else I will be bound to take legal action against the hotel

The day was great and the resort service was really good....Not only couples but Friends, Families can also visit this place....The Beach is not so far from Resort ..The food was also great ... Specially the fish....And we had a great time AC room with proper maintenance and proper cleaning was given ...The people are polite
