"The location of the property is very good, being close to the sea. However, considering the price point, the overall experience was not up to the mark. While the rooms are spacious and airy, the property is quite old and the condition is not very appealing. The exterior façade also appears dated and requires repair and maintenance at several places. The food quality, especially breakfast, was extremely poor. The fruits served were tasteless, and the overall spread was very limited. In view of the facilities and services provided, the tariffs do not seem commensurate. I would recommend that the management consider revising the pricing accordingly."

"First of all it is under construction property, where wifi was not working, intercom facilities was not available, even though if you call personally to the reception very cold response i must say. We called mm t executive and explained the issue related to basic services they are tried to convince us every-time we need to go to reception and complain. I explained that we are paying for stay include basis services as well what they mentioned under amenities and since they receive complain there manager atleast come and ask us the issue and solve at one go. But that was not happen every time we have to go to reception and ask. Un professional and discomfort was there."

"On 18th September, 2025 I ***** with my family visited Hotel Rupkatha at Mandarmoni. I booked two rooms and stayed there for two days on 18th and 19th. Special attraction of the hotel is to view sea just from the premises of the hotel. Sitting on chair in morning and afternoon beauty of the sea enjoyed satisfactorily. Sea beach is just doorstep of the hotel. Rooms of the hotels are nice and beautifully decorated. There are two floors only. Room service is available and staff behaviour are very cordial. Dining room is good and preparation of food are simply excellent. Veg and non veg both are very tasty and palatable. Cleanliness is truly excellent. Manager and other staff always ready to extend their services. It's located at Sonamuhi, Mandarmoni, district Purbo Medinipur, West Bengal. Car parking facility is available. In my view, hotel Rupkatha is an ideal place for spending vacation. Room charges are pocket friendly."

"The staff was friendly and offered us welcome drink as we arrived. The property is newly opened so it was clean and hygienic. The pool was well maintained and the rooms were good. The bed was comfortable, but often the process facing power issues however the staff eagerly responded and resolved. The property was near the beach and right at the entrance of mandarmoni. We asked to stay in the pool after we checked out and they allowed which was great and we appreciate their gesture. The food was not up to the mark, the quantity was not sufficient for breakfast. There was no breakfast buffet which was a disappointment. We expected buffet breakfast and thali at the restaurant which needs to improve rest the stay was better. If you book directly with them they offer you an additional 10% discount."
