Thomas and Valerie, the gracious French owners of this welcoming Riad were knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. The staff, Elhoussaine and his colleagues were friendly, fun and informative. The approach to this well-located Riad belies the charming and peaceful space within.

Simply stunning riad with perfect balance of simplicity combined with style. All staff genuinely can not do enough for you to make the stay as seamless and chilled as possible. So many different areas to chill depending on time of day and lovely balance of sun and shade areas. A very special mention to Thomas who went over and above finding us a taxi on our last day and extra special mention to Ridouan who never stopped smiling and happiness genuinely came from within. We watched the sunset over the atlas mountains on our last evening which was the perfect finish. 😊

Such a peaceful oasis hidden within the heart of Marrakech - we loved being able to step straight out into the beautiful chaos of the medina within seconds! The staff were so welcoming and gave us all the best tips and recommendations - special thanks to Houssaine for his warmth throughout, he always made time to chat and went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one!

I loved the hotel! The workers are really welcoming and it had great rooms and breakfast. I hope everyone can see the beauty of this place. The sheets are really good and cozy. It’s really comfortable to be there and it’s in the centre of Marrakesh.

Gr8 stay!!! Much Recommended. In the middle of souks, but we found severity and a warm welcoming !!! The staff is very very friendly and helpful and the owners are very very friendly and lovely. We were here on a family trip. We will come back for sure!

Outstanding tranquil Riad forming its own oasis, with exceptional staff, beautifully maintained courtyard, stylishly furnished throughout with all courtesy to its traditional architecture. It's like the perfect metaphor....that is Marrakech.....beautifully chaotic outside, yet step through the ancient comforting door into the relaxing bliss of Thomas and Valerie's Riad and the world seems to take a deep breath....and chill.

We loved this riad! Not too sure I could come up with anything negative about it. We arrived late in the evening - the owners sent a car for us and even with the delay, the driver was waiting. We were greeted warmly by the staff - Ellhoussaine and Rioudan were terrific. The food (both dinner and breakfast) was delicious and plentiful and they had drinks available as well. The riad itself was stunning with beautiful interiors. Our room was gorgeous with excellent air conditioning, a super comfy bed, a great bathroom and shower and plenty of space for the three of us. Location wise the riad was great. All around an excellent stay and we would most definitely stay here again. If you want the classic riad experience, this really can't be beat - simply gorgeous!

A great experience for our first riad! The place is beautiful, with a fairly sizeable pool that we enjoyed during our 4-night stay! The room was a generous size and was very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our needs and many questions. The location is very convenient too!

Great hotel! We had very last minute changes to our accommodations and Riad Rafaele was everything we could have imagined and more! Ridouan took exceptionally great care of us and made us feel welcome. Ridouan went out of his way to accommodate us and our last minute changes in plans. Thank you so much! The hotel is very chic and comfortable. The pillows especially were very soft. Can’t recommend this place enough!
