ホテルに到着し、スイートにアップグレードしていただきました。残念ながら標準的ではありません 食事の選択が不十分です 朝食はまあまあでした 夕食は素晴らしくありませんでした 選択肢はあまりありませんでした

Service is exceptional.Very attentive to any comment. Location is just opposite gate 329.Best for women's entrance to the mosque. Area of improvement-Breakfast same everyday.catered for middle eastern guest.Should have more varieties like Malaysian or Indonesian food. Next will be the toilet-shower in the bathtub is a huge challenge for some especially the seniors.Hopefully they will change it to shower room when they refurbish the room.

Room was not cleaned one day for some reason. Some staff were very helpful. Some less so. I would choose another option.

Great stay! So close to masjid, excellent breakfast, immaculately clean property despite ongoing renovations. Excellent experience during check in. Special shout out to Fahad for the friendly face and service every morning at breakfast during our stay!

We have stayed at Intercontinental for a short stay, but it was a great stay. The Hotel location is just few steps from the Haram. Room size are big enough to relax, and fully serviced. Hotel staff were helpful, and kind enough to accept our early check in. Special thanks for Fahad Khan who served us during breakfast, he was kind, helpful and professional.

This hotel is nothing like the pictures, they are very deceiving. The rooms are smelly, the bathrooms are broken and very outdated. This is far from the “intercontinental” standards. I felt like staying in a 3 star hotel. We ordered room service and the food got us sick. Very pricey. DO NOT Stay here. Pick another hotel

Excellent service. They called us every day to ensure that everything is ok.

I stayed here from the dates of October 25-October 30th. When I first got in my room I had a few issues, which the young boy in reception didn’t do much about. But later in the morning I complained again, and Khaled and the manager Badr, we’re so so so amazing. They immediately helped us and resolved our concerns. I am so thankful to them, as we were able to enjoy our stay once they were able to change our room and make our stay enjoyable. I want to add that the housekeeping team on our floor was also amazing and hospitable. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel. It is so close to Prophets Masjid, literally seconds away from the hotel. Very close to shopping and food. My only recommendation for the hotel is to have upgraded air quality systems. I found the air quality to be low and dusty. And maybe it’s time to change the furniture. It could probably help with the air quality as well. Anyway, thank you Khaled and Badr for my stay.

So far the 2 hotels we stayed at Fairmont in Mecca and Intercontinental in Madinah we excellent! Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The free breakfasts were amazing. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Saudi coffee and dates every afternoon. It's amazing!
