Great stay! Great location! A couple blocks from the mustard museum (worth checking out!) pool and hot tub were fantastic! The pool was heated. Our kids loved it and we loved that it was open 24 hours! The Check in guys were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at any hotel and we travel 20-25 times a year. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful, even giving our kids some taffy which they still are talking about. No complaints. Room was clean and staff were all great!

Waited forever for the front desk help. Had to inquire about the lack of parking and ask for the opportunity to park in the garage. It was dark and confusing to enter. Room was located right next to the highway/cloverleaf; loud. As always the Staybridge was clean. Breakfast amazing. Would stay again, but request opposite side of hotel (we were 241)

The suite was large and comfortable. Refrigerator and bathrooms were dated, but fine. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition. All the employees were nice and efficient. The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice too. Would definitely stay again. It worked well for our group.

Walkable restaurants and shops is very convenient. Located directly next to a busy highway with on ramp. Our room was next to the hiway on the Northwest side. Very noisy so request a room away from that side. Refrigerator did not work properly even after someone looked at it. Breakfast buffet was good, just don't wait till the last 15 mins to eat or it will be closed 5 minutes before you get there.

Parking is a little limited but otherwise we love this Staybridge. Room with a kitchenette is ideal. Thank you.

Was not aware that whole hotel allowed dogs in ALL their rooms. Very obviously the rooms were not deep cleaned after dogs check out. Pull out couch was old, ragged, and musty. There were rips in the outer edges of couch. Would not stay here if you have any allergies. Mold was evident on all the ac vents.

My daughter and I had a great stay here. The room was wonderful, the ***** spaces were great, and the location can't be beat. Absolutely recommend.

The staff was amazing! I can't stress enough how great they all were. Super friendly and very helpful even with suggestions on the best place around to eat. I liked that there was underground parking. The bed was comfortable and it was super nice to have kitchen amenities. There were even dishes to use! The toilet had some staining from what I think was hard water. Also, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom or if there was, it wasn't working as there was only one switch. Again, nothing the staff could do but the company might want to look into this. The only thing that was a teensy bit annoying was the traffic noise from the beltline. There is nothing the staff could do about that though it was simply the location of the building. The breakfast had a large variety of items to eat and it was a clean and pleasant area to eat in. Such a wonderful place with warm people. I definitely recommend it and also will stay if I am in the area again. The location had so many things to do within walking distance including a public library.

When we got here they said they didn’t have a room for us. They said they were booked! Then they gave a small room and it looked like it didn’t get cleaned and I ask for new room and there is a bottle of booze under the bed and not clean! I will never stay here again. Also booked a hotel earlier and payed extra to protect my trip and when I tried to cancel they said I couldn’t get refunded! I said what’s the point of getting protection on my trip if I can’t get refunded?!?
