前台熱情！提錢入住！房間簡陋！還算乾淨！床非常舒服！軟的！我的睡眠全部補回來了

The hotel was clean. Even though the room was small I liked the bed, it was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough and the hairdryer was good. The location was amazing, a 10 minute walk from Porta Venezia metro station and this station also has the S lines which I used when going to the airport. Breakfast was included in my booking and I enjoyed it. Every day it was almost the same, but it included the basic products needed for a proper breakfast. The staff was kind and friendly. Overall my stay at this hotel was very good and if I come to Milan again I will definitely choose this hotel.

Was a really pleasant stay. Location is close to the Metro Station Porta Venezia, neighbour hood is great with small coffee shop and restaurant. Staff is more than friendly and very capable. Rooms are as usually in Milano not the biggest one, but very functional and absolutly enough to stay.

Great Hotel. The location was the best, near Corso Buenos Aires where you can find everything: shops, restaurants, bars... Walking 20 minutes you can reach Piazza Duomo. The room was very small, but very clean with very comfortable bathroom. Excellent breakfast with exceptional espresso :) I will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay in Roxy Hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room wasn’t as small as expected from reading other reviews. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable! It is close to the metro and very easy to get to places. There were also some great bakeries and restaurants close to the hotel.

Rolando and his other male colleague was amazing. Showed utter compassion and kindest to Help us out when myself my husband, 2 kids and his octogenarian parents one who had advanced dementia , when we arrived in the midst of a storm and were delayed after having to refuel at another airport. We were too late in evening and were not able to pick up our hire car or book into our accommodation. Rolando was so kind and lovely and caring helping us. We can’t thank him enough. If there was an employee of the month I can highly recommend him and his other male colleague ( sorry didn’t get his name) I would put both these lovely men up for award as were so pleasant and kind.
