Our experience was excellent, we arrived at 1am and the on-duty clerk was the nicest and most accommodating hotel clerk I've encountered, he went above and beyond for us, the room was clean and quiet, comfy beds, definitely stay there again

Older hotel..nice restaurant and bar...room had very small musty smell because of its age...front desk was helpful and kind...was comfortable beds.. second time I stayed there and would stay again..

Convenient to airport for crews.VERY accommodating staff. Possible transport if u call them. AWESOME Indian restaurant on site. Separate big bar. Liqour store. No breakfast there or nearby. A bit old and worn but overall a good place for a close to airport stay

Ive never traveled up island before from nanaimo. After deciding to do a last minute trip to san joseph bay. I looked at all the places to stay near by and decided airport inn was it. From walking in after a long drive and a full day of hiking. I was happily greeted and checked into my room with the utmost ease. To top it off karan was more then exceptional with any questions i had. As well as going above and beyond for anything i was needing or wanting during my stay. Overall im positive that ill be staying there any time my adventures lead me north again. Thank you to the owner and staff for being gracious hosts with great customer service, clean rooms, and a can do attitude towards anything!

Staff was helpful. They are trying hard and expect the building will improve with thenew ownership.

They stay open for the last ferry from Prince Rupert, which docks at 11:30pm, we are only there overnight, up and on our way early. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, which ew appreciated after a 17 hour ferry ride.

Very friendly and prompt reception. Free continental breakfast in the restaurant was sufficient, clean and well tended by the young man in charge. Room, with microwave and fridge was clean and quiet, the linens and bathroom were clean and the shower/bathtub was in good working order. No complaints.

Bernie was great at check in. Very friendly. This is a good place to stay if you are catching the ferry to Prince Rupert. It’s not expensive and completely adequate for the short stay.

Great value for money! The important things were five star - comfy beds, bath in the bathroom, a good shower and plenty of hot water. The downside was that noise insulation was not good.
