the room was fine, breakfast OK. The receptionist was sweet and helpful. BUT ...Stayed there from 22 tto 24 juli 2022. The room was fine and quiet. Breakfast was fine as the other stays at your hotels in Sweden. But...I am sad to say on the 2nd evening at dinner we found a small catepillar in 1 salad with beetroot and feta...we told 1 of the personel this and gave him the plate first he was like he couldnt see the little worm until it moved...then he just said "thank you"? After 10 minutes he came to our table and tried to explain it was "normal" with insects in a salad? We didnt see anybody taking the salad dish away from the buffet so nobody else would get the same problem...and also nobody offered us a compensation, like a sorry and a glas of wine .I am a member at your hotelgroup and would appreciate some kind of thank you or maybe compensation by some points....I am not sure that the health authorities would have liked finding a worm in the food....best regards Elsebeth

I had stayed at this hotel previously, prior to it being renovated and becoming a Clarion Collection. The hotel is now much improved with the ground floor cosy welcoming bar with some outdoor seating too, and an improved breakfast offering. The hotel is located in the same building as the ferry check in, making it a great place for travellers by ship. Worth noting that the Seaview rooms, may get some harbour noise if the windows are open. Although this is reducing as the harbour expands and the ships are further away.

There is almost no offer in Trelleborg, few restaurants and Bad ones. Avoid it of you can. Rooms are outside the Hotel. Rooms are located side by side with compagnies offices, which is really wierd. No intimacy.

Hotel is right in front of the harbour. I could park just outside the entrance at extra cost. The hotel clearly not very new but this was not my problem. My room was very sad (see picture) but I can live with that, what annoyed me was the costant noise coming from embarking and disembarking of ships just outside my window. Hundreds of trucks until midnight and then again early morning. Standard breakfast, check in and check out quick and smooth, nice staff

Located on harbour but no sound can be heard in hotel. Foot passenger's check in at hotel for ferries. Room large and clean even if a little basic. Soap in holder as now the normal. Food provided in with price. Cake and coffee mid afternoon. Evening meal was very nice and plenty to eat. We left before breakfast so they packed a bag and left it for us in a fridge. The star of the show was the receptionist. Perfect English and very helpful and informative

Situated on the harbour. Arrived and receptionist explained everything in English. Room large and clean. Overlooking harbour. Walk in shower, lovely fluffy towels. Work space. Kettle with tea and coffee, microwave and fridge in general area outside room. Free evening meal, which was delicious. Advised that as we were leaving before breakfast they would leave it for us in a fridge by the room. Short walk to harbour, covid test and back to hotel where they offered to print results. Very impressed

Everything was really good!

Nice hotel in a good central location. Fun views of the dockyard and terminal and the boats and ferries. Comfortable room and clean bathroom. Generous breakfast and the hotel also offered coffee break and dinner in the price. One suggestion to the hotel, as a vegetarian, is to not serve the scrambled egg in the same container as the bacon. The egg then tastes (and is ‘contaminated’) of bacon. This is a common error hotels make that can easily be remedied.

Vad synd att vi kunde inte få någon frukost-packet (vi lämnade hotellet kl. 06.00).

Dinner and breakfast were delicious and included in the room rate.

10/10 underbart gott kvälls mat. Hotellet saknar bara ett gym men det finns många runt i området

Einfach, aber gut eingerichtet. Sauber. Sehr freundliche Person und gutes Frühstück.
