Truly Royal Rajasthan experience at Fatehgarh. Cherished every minute of the stay, from seamless checkin to the humble and extremely hospitable staff. I'm glad I chose Fatehgarh over other 5 stars in Udaipur to celebrate my birthday. The 360 breathtaking view, the moonrise, and sunrise/sunset. There are 2 swimming pools in the property, both infinity view and extremely clean. The room size is bigger than I expected. Cherry on the cake, the sustainable practices at the property from solar powerment to the recycling of water, zero plastic usage. The vintage car collection is exquisite, and the vintage car ride is a must try experience with Mohan Singh. Special mention to Akshay and Bharath for making our stay hassle free and memorable. The food with the view of Udaipur city and candle light dinner is surreal. Kudos to Fateh Collection team for putting so much attention to detail in every corner and aspect of the resort. I highly recommend this to everyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday experience.

excellent on all counts, and beautiful hidden gem. I would love to go there and spend some more time given a chance. Staff were excellent, the rooms were lovely lodge style and all in all really the place is an oasis in the desert.

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

Fantastic property as it opened in 2025, slightly away from the lake but really amazing property to stay in. Welcomed with a Tilak on forehead (Indian ritual) and a welcome drink - shots of orange juice. Amazing staff members, very helpful but felt something was missing. Due to the wedding season, it took a bit longer but it was worth it. Rooms are spacious and beautifully done, but our room was dirty and the bed linen had to be changed as it was not clean - had marks of make up and hair on the bed. Breakfast was amazing, restaurant on the topfloor had an amazing service and starters were great, Biryani chicken was not well done and had to be sent back. Pool is tiny but on the rooftop, so worth it. Can totally recommend it.

Wonderful experience. . Luxurious feeling and humble behaviour of every staff person. I'm strongly reccomend this property if anyone want to stay there.

Stay at Aurika is simply superb…. Value for money … if u visit Udaipur it is highly recommended to stay at Aurika

We really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained. The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options. The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

I recently stayed at Hotel Shambhu Villas and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the City Palace and other major attractions. The highlight for me was the rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Udaipur skyline and the City Palace lit up at night. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. I also appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the effort they put into maintaining it. Breakfast was decent, and while the rooftop pool is small, it’s a great spot to relax in the evening. For the price, this place offers excellent value and a royal Udaipur vibe. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

I booked a lake view room for 3 days and i must say the view from my room was mesmerizing i cannot put it in words. The room was good neat and clean. The staff was cooperative. I would recommend this property to those who are planning for udaipur. One more thing about this property is the most popular attractions like city palace, jagdish mandir, bagore ki haweli are at walkable distance.
