ゲゲストI am truly impressed with the amenities there. Very thoughtful and everything you need is there. Including dish soap, laundry powder, scissors, kitchen cloth, towels, toilet doormat, hair and body shampoo. So you just bring yourself and clothes. I especially love the washing machine which has a dryer function and the water dispenser and not forgetting the microwave.
And the place is really new and very clean. Bedsheets and towels are clean too. The place smells clean too. I love that the staff is really considerate to disinfect the door card tag string with a nice fragrance.

CCHEWLocation was great and within 10 mins drive to all the popular eating shops and 15 mins to shopping area of Ipoh city centre. Free car park helps a lot and we enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool with nice aerial view of the mountains at the background. Host was responsive as they only had 3 mugs for our booking for 6 people. When we requested for more, it was brought to us quite promptly. Except for the kitchen and dining area which is a little cramped and a huge stain mark on the kitchen flooring area, it was perfect as the place was clean.

匿匿名ユーザーThe experience of checking in was seamless, we just need to get the access card and keys from a nearby safety box outside a shop walking distance from the resident's guardhouse. Pin was provided during checkin time. Early checkin will require a fee eventhough it's just 1 hr. Fair enough, it's business I understood. Unit was clean in general, though we accidentally found some (most likely filthy) sheets under the sink cabinet. May be they just lack of time to send it for laundry. Able to see Kinta River from Balcony and the rooms. Quite good for a reasonable price. It is a bit out of the busy area of town, if yoi thought of just walking as the main mode of transport, it might not be suitable. All in all, we like it there as it's peaceful, everything works in the unit but just need to be abit careful as the ramps at the car park was quite narrow. Unit should be able to accomodate 8 pax as it comes with 2 folded mattress placed inside the wardrobe of master bedroom.

匿匿名ユーザーThe homestay is very spacious and clean, making our stay comfortable. An extra bed was provided, which was very convenient, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The condominium itself is nice and well maintained. Customer support was fast and responsive, and everything was well arranged from pre-stay instructions until checkout.
A deposit is required to be prepaid, which was handled smoothly. The only downside was that slippers were not provided in the house. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this place.

IIntan SyahieraCheck in process was smooth, host very responsive & easy to contact. But unit doesnt look exactly like in the picture shown. Cleanliness was okay, parking very near to the entrance but only one parking provided. Deposit RM100 refundable.

CCatherine sc私はこのホームステイで一般的に快適な滞在をしました。ユニットは清潔で、手入れが行き届いていて快適でした。場所も便利で、近くの設備に簡単にアクセスできます。非常にフレンドリーで歓迎してくれた階下の警備員への特別な言及は、全体的な経験をさらに良くしました。
しかし、改善できる領域がいくつかあります。シャワーの水圧は非常に低く、シャワーが非常に困難で不快でした。さらに、2ベッドルームユニットにはアクセスカードが1枚しか提供されませんでした。これは、ユニットに入るだけでなく、エレベーターを使用するためにカードが必要であり、複数のゲストが自由に移動するのが難しいため、非常に不便でした。
全体的に、滞在は快適で楽しいものでしたが、これらの問題に対処することはゲストの経験を大幅に向上させるでしょう。

TTerence Yong RenThe property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills.
One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms.
there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.
