還好吧！前台衹有一個人 有點胖的女孩 英語不怎麼樣！面對中國人皮笑肉不笑！早上滑翔傘早餐差幾分鐘也不準吃！説時間沒到！中午2點才能入住！拖到2點半才入住！不給滿分💯還是因為感受不到服務！對比這幾天入住的其他土耳其🇹🇷酒店！

The hotel is really noisy as they have the live music bar in their outside restaurant. They said they would stop by 12pm but it actually lasted for around 2am even if we had complained twice. The staff at the reception wasn’t such friendly as expected. They breakfast was good, having a lot of choices.

The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent. Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad.

We had a very poor experience at this property due to the lack of hot water for shower. Despite leaving the shower running for an extended period, the water remained cold. We were unable to bathe both the night of our stay and the following morning. Staff attended at 9am, acknowledged the issue, and mentioned that a technician would be arranged. However, no one followed up and the problem was never resolved. We had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, which we were unable to use because of this issue. Hot water is a basic requirement of any accommodation, and the failure to provide it caused clear inconvenience and disrupted our trip. What was most ridiculous was the response afterward. The hotel stated that the system “operates within a safe and controlled range to ensure guest safety and prevent excessively high temperatures,” and that no adjustments could be made. This explanation is not acceptable. I have stayed in many accommodations, and none had issues providing reasonably hot water. Are they suggesting that every other property operates at unsafe levels? I was not asking for boiling water, just water that is properly hot for a shower. This they could not provide. Shame on their response. This justification is invalid and frankly quite ridiculous, and does not reflect the actual issue we experienced. Based on their poor service recovery, I will not recommend based on this experience.

Stayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.

We had a really lovely stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, and set within a well-secured resort, which made us feel comfortable throughout. It’s in a great location too—just a short walk to everyday essentials like transport links and some nice, affordable places to eat. The resort itself faces the sea, and even though our apartment didn’t have a direct sea view, the beach was literally just across the road. Getting around was very easy without a car since public transport runs regularly and is surprisingly cheap, starting from about 70 pence per trip. The host, Lebrentals, was great to deal with, and Sadik, our main contact, really stood out. He was kind, responsive, and always happy to help—often saying, “just let me know whatever you need,” which we really appreciated. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely love to come back. It’s a genuinely nice place to stay.

Очень приятный и приветливый персонал отеля, в особенности ресторана)) У нас был номер с видом на море и это прекрасно 🥰 закаты прями в моря из твоего балкона Единственный минус отеля - шумоизоляция… и речь не про музыку из ресторана отеля, хотя ее слышно, но она не смущает, а вот если не повезло с «соседями», то можно забыть про сон..

外出は海で、とても良いです、スーパーマーケット、中華レストランはとても近く、とても便利です、バスアメニティはすべて利用可能です、外出するときにこれらのものを持参するのを忘れた人にとてもフレンドリーで便利です
