"If you're looking for a Mediterranean mountain villa B&B experience, this is the perfect place. However, if you're expecting hotel-level facilities and service, you might be a bit disappointed. The water pressure on the third floor where we stayed was quite low, and the solar-powered shower didn't provide a great hot water experience. Some of the newly renovated tiles weren't even fully laid yet. The courtyard has two cats and two large dogs, giving it a very homey vibe. Although the housekeeper's English wasn't great, they were very nice. Overall, it felt like staying at a friend's countryside villa. In the evening, we even watched Turkish Netflix movies with the Turkish couple next door, enjoying a complimentary Turkish tea in the courtyard – super chill."

"We stayed in a Swim-Up Superior Double Room with Terrace, choosing the Residence because we expected a premium experience that reflected the additional cost. Although the room itself was excellent, the overall stay did not justify the price paid. The room was spacious, modern and very comfortable, with direct pool access and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Balkon Rooftop Bar was another highlight, with excellent cocktails and attentive service. Unfortunately, the dining experience was the biggest disappointment of the holiday. Breakfast options in the Residence were limited and, despite trying the restaurant several times, we found the food consistently disappointing. Eventually, we left one meal halfway through because we were so dissatisfied with the quality. We did not leave without raising the issue. We spoke directly to the restaurant manager, explained why we were unhappy and why we had left our meals unfinished, and he took our room number. We reasonably believed we had reported the matter to the appropriate person. At no point were we advised that we needed to speak to Guest Relations, management or anyone else. After this, we stopped eating in the Residence restaurant and instead used the main Sensatori buffet. This was also disappointing. The selection was limited, the quality fell below what we expected from a resort at this price point, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the restaurant that made the experience even less enjoyable. Following one evening meal in the buffet restaurant, I became extremely unwell for the remainder of the holiday. I experienced severe stomach cramps and sickness, could eat very little other than plain bread for several days, and we had to cancel a planned cabana day. A significant part of the holiday was spent recovering rather than relaxing. We informed reception that I had become unwell and explained our concerns. The response was simply, “OK.” No assistance was offered, no questions were asked, no follow-up took place, and we were not advised that the matter needed to be reported elsewhere. As guests, we had no reason to believe we had failed to follow the correct process. We raised concerns about the food directly with the restaurant manager, who took our room number, and later informed reception when I became unwell. If further escalation was required, the hotel staff we spoke to should have explained that at the time. Service elsewhere in the hotel was also inconsistent. Staff were often difficult to locate when we wanted to order food or drinks, service could be slow, and the overall level of attentiveness did not reflect the premium experience we had paid for. Guests should also be aware that the evening entertainment continued until close to midnight and could be heard clearly from our room. The issue was not the existence of live entertainment, but the volume inside the accommodation and the effect it had on our ability to sleep. Anyone seeking a quiet or restful evening sh"
