ミュンヘン フーベルトゥスブルネン周辺のおすすめホテル・宿

交通の便も悪くなく、中央駅のすぐ隣にあり、市内へも地下鉄へも自由に行くことができ、脂肪を燃焼したい場合はニンフェンブルク公園まで歩いて1時間も行くことができます。その他の面も悪くなく、キッチンはありませんが、夜も賑わうバーがあり、フロントではボトルドリンクを毎日無料でサービスしてくれます。もちろんデメリットもあります。最大のデメリットは、深夜になるとバーとフロントが施錠されてしまうことです。夜更かししたい人はドアの隣の 2 つのテーブルにしか行けないことです。プライバシーはあまり良くありません。バーが一日中開いていればもっと良いでしょう。 サービス態度はとても良く、基本的にはすべて答えてくれます。特に「セバスチャン」という名前のスタッフは、私が今まで見た中で最も親切でした。

ミュンヘンに来ると必ずこのホテルに泊まりますが、中央駅からは徒歩5分ととても近いです。マリエン広場や英国庭園からも遠くなく、徒歩でアクセスできます。スタッフがとても親切で熱心で、感染症の初期に人々がパニックに陥っていたときに中国人の私を温かく迎えてくれたことも、私が毎回ここに滞在するもう一つの理由です。朝食も宿泊料金に含まれており、かなり豪華でコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルです。部屋はとても清潔で、ドライヤーが必要な場合はフロントに申し出てください。部屋は少し狭いですが、問題ありません。

Stayed here with my family (2 sons, 11 and 13.) The hotel was very kid friendly- my kids were greeted and they had a play area (with a video game) and a few games for the room. The location was great- about a 5 min walk to the Deutsches Museum and about 15 walk to Marienplatz, but seemed to be off the beaten tourist path. The area felt very safe, and there was a small mall next door that had 2 grocery stores in it (great for simple meals!). It also had a subway stop (Rosenheimer Platz), where all the main lines stopped. The room itself was great. My kids enjoyed the free minibar (but I was told this was being discontinued.) The pool was nice- the kids loved it! It is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was too cold for me. The bathroom was nice- the toilet is separate from the shower/sink/tub area. The sink area had the best lighting of any hotel bathroom I've ever stayed in. Plenty of hot water, and my kids were amused that there was a TV speaker in the shower area. If we return to Munich, we would definitely stay here again!

自動運転旅行の場合、このホテルは特に安くて手頃な価格で、設備はとても新しく、部屋は広く、質は良く、価格は安いです。 ミュンヘンの中心部から車で約20分、近所はとても静かで、特に快適に眠れます 唯一の欠点は、駐車場の価格が少し高いことです。

The rooms are advertised as apart-hotel rooms for longer stays, but they are small and they mostly just traded a proper size wardrobe for a space for a kitchen sink and a microwave. The website says ”Kitchenette” but you can't really cook anything... Also, no dish soap or sponge is provided, and you have to grab plates and cutleries yourself from the restaurant area downstairs. This could easily be fixed. Also the website says there is a desk but there really isn't. What you get is a small coffee table with a low seat. Impossible to seat and expect to work comfortably on it. No laundry service or washing machines available in the hotel either. The receptionist pointed me to the mall to clean my clothes, which is very far if you don't have a car. They should at least have a partnership with external laundry service and organize pickups... Other than that, the staff was super friendly and professional. Nice hotel design, clean and good breakfast too. So I would recommend the place only for short stays.

Direkte Autobahnnähe, ausreichend Parkplätze, alles sauber und ordentlich, gutes Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal und insgesamt sehr kinderfreundlich, daher auch für Familien absolut zu empfehlen. Zimmer war ebenfalls sauber, mit dem ausgeklappten Schlafsofa für die Kids nicht mehr sehr groß, aber zum Schlafen hat er allemal gereicht (tagsüber waren wir eh unterwegs). Wir kommen gerne wieder!
