アーキペラゴス ホテル(Archipelagos Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World)

I have just Spent 5 days at this Hotel which over looks the Sea. Very traditional, clean and nice. A 20 minute journey to the Town, Venice Beach etc should not put you off. Pool has a Bar and Dining area. Food good. Staff are very friendly and good.

It is a good hotel with big rooms and beautiful patios and terraces. They have nice and friendly staff but I think that they need to improve their cleaning habits. The breakfast was fair with enough choices. I don’t think that is a fair ratio value per money

I stayed at the Archipelagos hotel back in June , with my friend . The staff were friendly , accommodating. Food was gorgeous and atomsphere , staff could of done with explaining how to book the shuttle to go into Mykonos city centre overall a great holiday

This hotel touts being a 5 star hotel. I have been to other 5 star hotels and nothing about my stay was a 5 star experience. There is nothing special about this hotel. The room was small and unremarkable. The amenities like the pool are unremarkable. The breakfast was the standard European buffet with cooked to order eggs. The staff was also unremarkable. The location will prove difficult unless you rent a car as we did. The best part of the stay was the nearby beach which was beautiful and quiet but is not owned or operated by the hotel.

From check in to check out the experience was sublime. The staff are nothing short of fantastic! They are friendly attentive and remember all this small details and remembered our favourite choices! They are accommodating friendly and available 24/7! Each room has a sense of privacy and offers a beautiful view… immaculately clean and refreshed daily! I really can’t find fault! We had fantastic time! So much so we have already booked for our visit next year! We found the location ideal to enjoy the views and experiences that Mykonos has to offer!

Excellent personnel in total ,very helpful concierge and we thank everyone specially during breakfast!!! Many choices for breakfast, hot and cold and the coffee was magnificent !!! The view of our room no 111 was unique and the room so quite . We spent 3 weeks in this magic island and our choice regarding the hotel helped a lot , to make our stay unforgettable !!! Thank you all !!!

Everything was wonderful. We really loved the beach. It’s perfect place to hide by strong winds. The hotel was so kind and helpful for any subject. Hope to be there again on next holidays

Although we did not have the best weather (strong wind) the overall holiday experience was very nice. The front office was always helpful, gave tailored advices concerning beaches (Ornos is the most quiet one in case of strong wind) and restaurants and made desired reservations at all day and night times. The staff of the hotel-restaurant was very friendly and courteous as well. Our premium sea view room had great view as expected and the balcony was roomy and even equipped with an outdoor-couch. However - a little incomprehensibly - the room did not have a wardrobe but a shelf with drawers and a free clothes rail. The breakfast buffet was near luxury. Finally, the front office was very supportive in the case of a forgotten blazer, as they even organized free shipping upon request.

The hotel is very round out. It needs a big refurbishment. The amenities in the room are not for a five-star hotel. In the bathroom, you don’t have even the conditioner. The room is very basic with basic amenities. The service is very bad. The staff is not prepared and not willing to accommodate five-star hotel guests. There is no help with parking your car even though the hotel is on the hill the park is the parking is below the hotel. There was no help with carrying the luggage from the car to the hotel. The breakfast is not on the level of five-star hotels in Mykonos and we already slept there. One morning we asked to get 2 espressos and were told that since it was 11.05 we needed to pay for the espresso which just five minutes ago was included in the breakfast. The pool is very small and it can get crowded so don't expect to swim in it. Not a very nice experience for somebody looking for a five-star hotel in Mykonos.--
