The hospitality of the staff particularly the manager Mr Atul and the master cheff Niranjan delighted us. That's the soft power the new generation is in search. I wish all the best.The food was yummy and the rooms had nice facilities to cater.

I hv been visiting this place since 2014, it feels so serene to find the sea and woods together. The staff are so courteous and helpful. We had planned for MBBS batch mates reunion after 20ys and were well supported by Mr Chirantan and his team mates. Enjoyed our heart out and food was awesome ,savouring everyone's taste buds from kids to adults

I've been to Lotus Eco Resort multiple times now and each time has been special. Cosy, comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms and linen, spacious landscaping for kids to play, private beach feels with a guarded embankment, great food and variety of drinks to boot. Its always somehow a new experience and yet a most enjoyable one to stay at Lotus.

A must visit if you go to puri !! The room was clean , food is just best !! They provide the best service from the time you enter to till exit !! Will definitely visit again !! The pool was clean !! I so love the place!! Grilled fish must try , all chilli items

The best thing is the view. The ambience is just great. Lush green surrounding. Water sports also available(Not provided by resort.).One can visit Puri temple from here also.Great services. Good food. Good staff. Everything is awesome.

Beautiful place and staff, excellent food,spa and swimming pool. Very friendly people. The ambience was beautiful and everything was soothing. The whole procedure of the spa was relaxing to body and mind. Thank you for your excellent service.

The property is situated at a very serne and calm location. All you can hear is the ocean's roar. It is pristine. The place is well maintained and the staffs' behaviour is really good. Full points to them. But the place is a bit overpriced. It is not at all value for money. The food is also very average, however the buffest breakfast is good.

Private beach experience was the best part. Dinner at the water front restaurant was a good experience. Room, service and the place is good. Improvement suggestions: Add new events n activities for repeat customers. Halogen light to the see can add to the experience of customers having dinner at your restaurant.

The welcome was not good, they don't recognise you, they provide very poor service,the pool was not clean,the flush was not working in the bathroom,they have disturbed us at 11.30 pm at night while we have slept for the food bill,they denied for the prawn tandoori they told prawn is not available of large size, very dissatisfied by the service
