Beautiful and well maintained grounds. The facilities provided in the accommodations were very good, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The kitchen was in good condition and looked fairly new. However, sofa and other fittings looked worn and tired. The Accommodation is within a stone's through to the beach. Approximately 10 and 15 minutes stroll to the beach As we were slightly outside summer season. Only Bed & Breakfast option was provided. We found the range of food provided for Breakfast was to a good standard. Restaurant Staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on things do and places to visit in Portugal.

I can't fault this hotel. It has everything a family needs. The pools and children's outdoor activities are excellent. It rained on one of the days but the spacious indoor pool meant that our little Boy could still go swimming. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. I must say a special Thank you to the staff, especially Ibrahim and the night staff gentleman with him on reception. We had a problem when our pre booked and paid taxi didn't turn up. Ibrahim and the other gentleman went out of their way to really help us. They're an absolute credit to the hotel

Super holiday! We have just spent 10days on half board here at the Porto bay Falesia. We had a fantastic time. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, bending over backwards to make the experience all the more pleasurable. We stayed in a sea view room on the 3rd floor and it was amazing! Great size room with lovely bathroom and rituals products. Cleaning staff were so lovely and kept our room spruced up throughout our stay. The food was really good. The selection was so good, always something for everyone, I prefer fish and my husband prefers meat and neither were disappointed. We also had a meal at il basilica which was great. We spent most of the week relaxing by the pool or on the beach and walking. The pool area is perfect for reading a book, plenty of loungers. The beach is accessed by around 120 steps which we loved but I can see they may be an issue if not so mobile or able. The beach is incredible! We walked to vila moura which took around 2 hours, had lunch and walked back. There was also a lovely walk along the cliff top in the other direction going via the town of olhos de agua. This walk was spectacular! It takes you all the way to Maria Luisa beach via a restaurant on the beach called passaro azul ( definitely worth a visit). We spent a morning at the indoor pool, sauna and steam room which was nice as it was raining outside. My husband also used the gym which was adequate. The town is sweet with a selection of restaurants and shops plus a small supermarket for supplies! All in all we had a fantastic 10days and will definitely be back. We booked this hotel for a relaxing break, and that’s pretty much what we got. Our booking included a private transfer from the airport and from the moment we set foot in the hotel we were made to feel special. The checking in process was very straightforward, and although our room wasn’t quite ready due to the early flight, we were offered breakfast while we waited. Our bags were delivered to the room, and we were greeted with a welcome flower, complimentary bottle of water and sweets. Two bottles of water and chocolates subsequently arrived daily, which was a welcome surprise. The room itself is very spacious with a huge and very comfortable bed, TV, plenty of storage including wardrobe with a light, ironing board & iron, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom forms part of the bedroom with sliding doors for privacy, and includes a lovely bath and walk in shower, plus complimentary toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided for the spa. We didn’t use the aircon so unable to comment on that, but the balcony included a table with two chairs plus a sun lounger. Our room had a distant sea view and overlooked some lovely gardens with resident blackbirds and Iberian Magpies. Pretty sparrows can be seen around the complex, as well as a Hoopoe bird. The hotel is situated in extensive grounds with access to the beach which boasts stunning cliffs. It is well worth visiting the beach, and walking around the headland. Be sure to check out the gardens with the Love Tree, swing seat and secluded loungers. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool. We knew that the weather at the end of March/early April could be unpredictable. As it turned out, we were pleasantly surprised – most days were hot albeit with a degree of breeze. Towels are provided and loungers plentiful. What we didn’t bargain for was the temperature of the outdoor pools – they were freezing! We arrived on the 30 March, and the pools were not heated until our last full day, allowing us to really enjoy the experience. The other disappointing aspect was the lack of vegetarian options for meals. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options for all – cooked breakfast, variety of egg dishes cooked to order, cheeses & cold meats, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread & pastries. We booked half board and dinner was a different story. On the first and second nights I managed to cobble together some dishes to make a meal. I did speak to the restaurant team who were incredibly helpful and attentive for the remainder of our stay. Overall, we loved the hotel. The WiFi is pretty good, there are lifts to every floor, and the hotel is beautifully decorated throughout.

Our second time in the Algarve and so pleased to have stayed at the pretty Pine Cliffs - think comfort in splendid surroundings. The Ocean Suites are very well designed for privacy and functionality. The kitchen and living room are so gorgeous and perfectly equipped (there is everything you need). So we opt out of breakfast, as it was very easy and only a short morning walk to the nearest shops for fruits and snacks for the children. There is a pool a few steps away from your Ocean Suite. If you stay at the OS you have free access to the spa which is lovely too. We prefer the sea though - and Praia da Falesia is absolutely stunning - it reminded me of Brazil with fun waves and golden sands. In February the sea is cold ( and so clean!) but not a problem for us as we are big fans of cold water. Just wished they had more options on their Beach Restaurant bar menu. The walk to the beach is easy offering a beautiful view of the falesias. My recommendation is to read the website to understand the difference between the residence/Ocean suites and the hotel. The resort has plenty to offer in an elegant relaxing way and their service was really good. You know when you arrive at your hotel room for the first day and everything is spotted on? Everyday, the cleaners were so good that it felt like we had just arrived - the bed, bathroom, kitchen everywhere was organised as if it was our first day there. We dined at the Pescador most of the nights and the food was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We ventured out to Olhos d'agua once but most restaurants are closed in February. We hope to come back next year. Have a good season!

美しい庭園にあるアパートメントと2つのプールの素敵なコレクション。リゾート内または近くに設定されておらず、敷地内のバーやレストランもないため、とても静かで、誰もが満足するわけではありませんが、私たちは静けさが大好きでした。1 ベッドルームのアパート、設備の整ったキッチン、良いシャワー、終日日光浴用の 2 つのバルコニーに滞在しました。かなり移動している場合は、徒歩圏内にいくつかのレストランやショップがありますが、Uber は簡単に利用でき、非常にリーズナブルな価格でした。オーナーは素敵な人です。また訪れたいです。

This hotel is absolutely beautiful & the staff were great! We stayed in a Double Room Sea View (breakfast included). The room was clean, had welcome refreshments and the view was amazing. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean was all I wanted. Breakfast had different options; same thing everyday but different options so you don’t have to eat the same thing everyday- I genuinely don’t get what some reviews are complaining about. I came with my husband and 9month baby. High chairs were made available at breakfast and restaurants. Cot was already made up when we got to the hotel. & they had a colouring set left out which was a cute touch. Staff was kind to us and our baby.. Tbh everyone, even the guests were kind to us. Husband uses crutches & he thought the hotels facility’s were accessible. There’s lifts & ramps which is good for people with buggies or disability. We came to celebrate my 30th & the hotel had prepared a lovely surprise when we got back in from our lunch. The overall service we received was great. Faro Airport is €24 & Old town €5 Euros by Uber. Rides were pretty cheap! We didn’t have a car seat but we found out that if you had a baby carrier then you could get into the Uber. The only thing is we came early March & the weather was just starting to get warm so we had some rainy days. But would definitely return again and recommend this place. If you’re thinking of booking it , I recommend Sea View & at least breakfast included.
