街のラッシュから離れた素晴らしいリゾート。部屋とバスルームはきれいで、レセプションのジャヤジはいつも役に立ちました。 全体的に、美しい景色と3泊の快適な滞在ができました。

From front desk to the room service the entire experience was just awesome and amazing. Everyone was accommodating and went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Special mention: 1) Abishek - who made sure our son's breakfast needs were taken care off. 2) Front desk team - who ensured we were provided with various activities to keep my son entertained. These were: cricket, rabbit feeding, garden tour etc. Improvements required on the F&B side especially the international cuisines and cocktails.

ホテルの場所はgood......Commonエリアはよく維持されていますが、部屋はウェブサイトの写真に反映されていません....スタッフは良いですが、レストランはよくありませんが、改善の余地はたくさんあると思います。...ビュッフェ式朝食は良いです....ビルヤニの味は良かったです....一般的に食べ物は良かったです...チェックアウト中にホテルのスタッフが私の荷物を部屋から移動するのを30分以上待たなければなりませんでした.....上記の価格の間に多くの違いがありましたtrip.comとhotel.....Trip.comは同じプリビレッジスイート....ではそれほど多くありませんでした。

I've stayed here during the first week of may and though this is not one of the best stays in ooty, there's nothing serious to complain. I've paid for 3 days and that's a bit much for this hotel. However it was the peak season so almost all the hotels are over priced at this point of time. The rooms were neat and over all hotel is maintained well. 24 hrs hot water facility is available. Road leading to the hotel is narrow and parking is very congested. I suggest not to prefer this if you are coming in own vehicles. Room service and restaurant could do better. It will take 15 mins walk, mostly flat surface except near the stay, to the market area where you have a couple of good restaurants and other shops. Overall it's a 3. 5/5 kind of stay.

Facilities: It’s a small hostel with well kept rooms and washrooms. The dorms are definitely worth the price! They also have a private room available. The common areas are nicely decorated and they have books and board games. There’s an outdoor bonfire every night which is a highlight! They have a swing at an elevation above the hostel that has beautiful views of the town! Service: 5/5 for the friendly hosts and the service. They create a very happy and cozy environment, making it easy to mingle and meet new people! Location: around 1.5-2kms from the city centre. Walkable if you’re up for it otherwise autos are available. Cons: No common pantry or kitchen area, would have been a nice addition

The Fortune Resort, Sullivan Court is such a lovely place, as soon as you walk in you feel a warm welcome from all the staff. Reception is stunning and the bar is so cozy and welcoming, the food choice was excellent and The Chocolate Cake was Amazing!!! The cake wasn’t available on the second night so our waiter, Dinesh found me a lovely chocolate alternative, Dinesh, you are my hero. The hotel is beautiful but it’s every member of staff who make you feel at home, I don’t know their names but reception staff were so friendly & helpful, especially the gentleman who had to connect everyone’s WiFi on their phones. The barman who made us feel like we were walking into our local, “Gin & Tonic and a sprite, room 214”. And let’s not forget the friendliest security guard, with the biggest smile and warm greeting every time he sees you, he’s so lovely. Every member staff at this hotel couldn’t do enough for you If you are heading to Ooty you really should stay at Fortune Resort Sullivan Court.

I have stayed for 4 days with my family. I loved the hospitality, service, hygiene rooms and ambiance. Thank you for making it a wonderful stay by ensuring no problems. It is Right next to botanical garden and ******* market. The price is justified. Staffs are really polite and helpful.
