Now you are staying Akash rooms & cottage in ooty. Its a excellent experience for us. Location, property, hospitality, food, service all are excellent & superb. We are not found any negative site this hotel. Really we are enjoying. Thanks make my trip 🙏😘❤️

非常に快適な滞在。場所は中央に位置しています-バスと鉄道駅から5分です。スタッフは素晴らしいです。プロパティは少し古く、お金に見合う価値があります。

Firstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested). To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration. The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated. The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake. In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

Location - close to the town. However, the road to the resort is very narrow. If one vehicle comes from the opposite side, both parties are stuck and have to move all the way back. Parking - Hotel parking space is less. One has to park one after the other and if one guest needs to remove the vehicle, they have to call all the other guests to move the vehicle. Reception - The lady staff at the reception is rude and not at all cooperative. Building - Very old building, lot of other buildings close by, not at all good view. Rooms - As the building is old, don't expect the room to be good. Toiletries were not available in the room. The towel provided on the first day was dirty. We had planned for the trip last minute, hence we missed out on all good resorts on the dates we wished to stay. Trip advisor gave this resort as very good, hence we booked 2 rooms for 2 days. When we came, we were not happy so at the reception we checked if we can update the room and we will pay for the same. That would cost us more. I would not want to pay so much more for this small hotel rather pay that money at Sterling and enjoy the ambience. We wanted to book at Sterling, unfortunately we missed the availability. There are pigeons all around the building.

ここに滞在するのはこれが2回目でしたが、今回はそれほど快適ではありません 食べ物は平均的でした そして、一部のスタッフは、部屋の問題に注意を払わなかった フラッシュは朝に動作しません。 待ち時間中に朝食をリクエストする(朝食時間がほぼ終わったので、良いジェスチャーのように見えました。なぜ食べ物を無駄にしているのですか?後で支払いを求めます(事前に通知されるべきでした)。 掃除されていない一般的な洗面所エリア

街のラッシュから離れた素晴らしいリゾート。部屋とバスルームはきれいで、レセプションのジャヤジはいつも役に立ちました。 全体的に、美しい景色と3泊の快適な滞在ができました。
