彼らは16:00以降にのみチェックインするため、夕方までチェックインできませんでした。その前に数回出てきて、チェックアウトもせずに、12時にチェックアウトしたにもかかわらず、空き部屋がないと言われました。 :00.部屋は臭く、床は汚れで覆われていました。ホテルにはジムがありません。そして一晩中きしむような音がした このホテルでひどい時間を過ごした 二度と戻ってこない

大規模なクラシック チェーン ホテル、部屋はある程度小さいが、朝食はおいしい。貴重な地下駐車場

とても良いサービスで、とても良い場所にあるので、お勧めします。

Tout était conforme à la réservation de ma chambre d hôtel, il est très bien situé pour l accès à la gare.

Very good hotel in an excellent location. Major attractions are not far away. Just on the other side is road is a fabulous cafe. Gare montparnasse train and metro station is 5 mins. Good shopping places nearby. Most of the guests, including me, were on official trips. So the environment was slightly formal. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Room size is good.

Location wise this hotel is tops on all counts as a tourist-near gare montparnasse and the montparnasse metro, franprix departmental store across the street,lots of restaurants and patisseries within 10 minutes walk and wonderful shopping options and the icing on the cake is that you can just step out of the hotel turn to the right and view the eiffel tower We actually saw the night hourly eiffel lights standing at the curb of the hotel and it was wonderful They dont have a normal reception there is a team with i pads which checks you in smoothly -if you stand with your bags at the reception they will approach you The rooms are nice and big and the family rooms are absolutely value for money Housekeeping is good with replenishments of the toiletries and free mineral water Breakfast is a huge spread -it will take you 5 minutes to locate all the stuff in the buffet But be careful to time your breakfast -either do it before 8 or after 9 .30 as otherwise you will literally be banging into people as it is extremely crowded The reception also helps you book a taxi very efficiently All in all if you are a tourist looking at a comfortable ,efficient stay this is the right hotel But remember it is a 300 plus room hotel so it will always look crowded at the reception

Second stay at this hotel and I will probably choose other options in the area for my next trip. The communal areas are very nice and newly refurbished. It looks very nice when entering. They dont have a reception desk, so you need to grab one of the hoovering staff that will check you in on your hand held devices. I have stayed on the 7th and 5th floor and booth of them are very dated, probably not refurbished since early 90ies. This last stay, I didn't have hot water in the shower the first morning, water pressure is bad and only large towels (no hand towel or bath mat provided). No creamer for the coffee. And it is rather noisy from the lift. The breakfast is nice with a good selection and well replenished buffet. Location is great but for me, the rooms really let this property down and there are other options very close by.

This property is not up to Accor standards. There are both positive and negative aspects. Positive - great location. Clean. Very quiet and solid property. Comfortable beds and bedding Well priced, decent breakfast. Awesome breakfast staff. Hotel Staff is professional. Negative - well, this is TripAdvisor so… Only got one towel in a room and toiletries were provided only on second night. Property maintenance is lacking a bit (fit and finish). Room only had one chair despite an obvious sitting area by the window. Tub drains slowly. Mirror cracked. “Coffee” in room is too basic (how much does a powdered milk sachet cost? Dated. Every ask for an advertised service - bus tickets, welcome drink, etc … nope, sorry, not available. One note - be very cautious of the address and very similar names property a few blocks away. Ensure “TGV” at the end of your map search. Don’t worry though, seems a good neighbourhood. Overall - despite a young and motivated staff, management falls short and was not in evidence anywhere. For the price and the season, this was not value for money. Probably would not stay here again. There is room for easy improvement, Accor.

Paris Gare was a great choice for our family as it’s a very comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is centrally located and very accessible from the train station and many attractions.

Not happy with the service upon arrival.. Cold and unfriendly staff. The room was super small as expected. The hotel is only good for those who need to be at Gare de lyon, maybe to catch a train or business reasons. But if you are to stay in Paris for tourism, find somewhere closer to the city.

Good Hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The new concept of receptionists without a reception is good and the pretty Elina was so helpful and really professional.... Hope to see Elina as supervisor in my next visit to th Hotel!!!
