オテル モンソー エリゼ(Monceau Elysées)

The location of the Hotel is very nice, I think it is only one bonus that they have. From Arc Triumph is around 17min walking and 40 min walking from Effel Towever. There is a metro N2 line near by, 2 stops till arc triumph or bus number 30. The room is small, very small - enough for 2 people. However Hotel allow to stay for kids for free, we had 3 years old baby, they promised us to try to upgrade room for family - when we arrived, nothing was done even mentioned. They said we can use the bed of our room- however it is very small for kid and 2 adult. - nobody tried to help us. Door of the bathroom was broken and made a huge noise, not possible to shut it while baby sleeping you can hear your neighbours even how they wash their hands. They have a lift- super small, however you can use it. Breakfast- 15 eur of cost, with super small options. In the corner you have a bit of scramble eggs, boiled egg, some sausage and that's all. Then you have 2 options from ham, then cheese and pastry, yogurt. Fresh orange juice ( which amazing) and coffee. You can eat and will be enough for you, however for 15 eur - poor, very poor General impression- we will not recomend it to our friends. As we could choose another hotel nearby with same price however better offer of room and breakfast. Shame that i trust on the reviews of this hotel.

Good Location, very nice deco, good breakfast, price relatively good. Clean Staff not respecting the sign for non disturbance. Staff very kind in reception and breakfast. Travelling due to work for 3 nights.

Nice team. I stay at this hotel for 13 years every month. Alway a good experience. Breakfast is fine. Rooms are pretty nice. Everything is very clean. Not much noise. The team knows pretty well Paris and will give a hand if any need.

Dans l’ensemble très bon hôtel bien située pour nous , Mal isolé , les personnes dans la chambre à coter son rentre vers 2h30 du matin et ce croyait tout seul il parlait tellement fort on entendait tout , sa nous a réveiller , difficile de ce rendormir ! Mais sinon dans l’ensemble confortable la chambre !

accueil chaleureux, personnel très professionnel et bienveillant. localisation parfaite pour visiter Paris et aller travailler. Métro proche, de quoi se restaurer à proximité. chambres confortables, nuits au calme, reposantes. Je recommande cet hôtel, qui pour sûr, me reverra lors de prochains séjour parisiens. Bravo!

We were able to check in early and check out late without extra cost. Ahmed gave us an impeccable customer service. Alll the staffs are very helpful. Service with a smile. All our request before our has been granted. The hotel has clean room, fluffy towels, good variety and quality breakfast. Great location. Good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et à l’écoute, spécialement Mr Ahmed. Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de Paris proche de toute commodité, station de métro à proximité . Chambre cosy et propre. Petit déjeuner complet et de bonne qualité .

I just spend one night in this hotel. And the first good surprise is the staff. From the receptionists, to the person taking care of the breakfast, everybody was absolutely friendly, helpful and smiley. Price was really good, great location (5-10min from the Park Monceau, from the Arc de Triomphe) and the room was clean, well decorated. I highly recommend.

El lugar está cerca del arco del triunfo. Tiene muchos lugares para comer cerca y transporte público. Lo único a “negativo” es que no se puede pagar con tarjeta virtual, solo física o efectivo. No disponía de tarjeta física, así que tuve que pagar con efectivo. El desayuno está bastante bien.
