The apartment was nice and the location was convenient. It was not a very luxury apartment, but nicer than many basic vacation apartment rentals. It was inconvenient that you had to pick-up the keys at a different location, and it was unacceptable that they provided only one key for three people. You need the key to even take the elevator. So for our stay we needed to coordinate coming back at the same time. Because they do private rental you cannot get a key from the reception.

Yhr best location - 1 block to beach and 2 blocks to the highway to access the tram (50 centre fares) and huge Pacific's Fair shopping centre. Don't even really need a car as there is a bus to and from the airport (also 50 cents) that drops you at tram station. Older apartments, but we've stayed before and the price is cheap for what you get. I love the hot spa every night and the pool, also BBQ area and well kept gardens. Set your expectations for the price you lay and you shouldn't be disappointed.

Very handy location within walking distance to restaurants, beach and entertainment and secure onsite parking. Basic amenities, dated and tired. For price I had expected more. Simple things like matching crockery and newer furniture void of marks etc would really enhance the overall experience. Also, microwave had been damaged/burnt so stunk out room and we were wary to use.

The actual place once we got settled was pretty good. The only issue that we really had was that the kitchenette was not clean enough. There were little tiny bug/ants that came out onto the counters every morning, or whenever we’d leave the counter unattended for a while. The utensils in the kitchen weren’t cleaned properly and we had to use boiling water to clean everything before using them. When we arrived we had to wait for the room to be finished, which we didn’t mind at all it was only a 10 min wait, but they had sprayed this air refresher so much that when we went inside we couldn’t get the smell out for an hour or two even w the balcony door open and the fans running. Other than that the bed, air conditioning, TV and rest of the amenities were good. The location was just perfect and super close to the beach. And the staff were very friendly.
