部屋はとてもきれいで、レストランは素晴らしい景色を眺めることができ、サービスはとても良いです👍とても暖かくて快適です。小さなバーもあります。ケーブルカー🚡上下、100年ブランド、美しい景色、無限の美しい人生はスイス🇨🇭

ホテルはとても素敵で、部屋の設備も整っています。スリッパやロクシタン製品など、必要なものはすべて揃っています。良い部屋に泊まれば、街の景色は素晴らしいです。ああ、部屋はとても清潔です！ マイナス面としては、ベッドがあまりにも使われていたせいか、不均一で、寝心地が少し悪かったです。また、部屋はそれほど広くありません。 1泊か2泊なら、ここに来ることを強くお勧めします。 マットレスが不均一だったので、次回はもっとモダンなホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

ホテルはルツェルン駅に非常に近く、街の中心部に位置しているため、様々な観光スポットへのアクセスに便利です。ホテルの設備は素晴らしく、客室は清潔で静かで快適でした。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、荷物の預かりや部屋への配達を手伝ってくれました。掛け布団は少し薄かったですが、4月には十分でしたが、冬に向けて厚手のものに交換されるかもしれません。

房間真是一言難盡，訂了三個20平方米的標準雙床房，沒想到給的44號房是閣樓樣子的，房型不規則，不過面積還是蠻大的，勉強能接受。12號房和32號房最多衹有15個平方米。而且一開始還是大床房，等協調後才把二個拼起來的床分開。建議大家不要訂這個酒店，性價比太低了。還好聯繫攜程，攜程的服務很到位，以後還會在攜程上訂酒店。 另外電梯也是小得可憐，衹能二個人加二個箱子就很擠了。房間沒有空調，就有一個低檔的電風扇。

Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel.

Hotel has a long history and beautifully furnished, but was located quite far from the station and there was not much of a view. Loved the breakfast.

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

初日にチェックインしたときに最初は否定的なレビューを残したかったのですが、初日は電車が遅れて10:30に到着したため、Ctripから電話があり、私に尋ねられました。初めてここに来たとき、私は30分かけてこのホテルを探して、やっと鍵を手に入れてホテルに着きました。ホテルは本当に小さいですが、幸いなことにエレベーターがあり、1,300で予約したホテルにはすべてが揃っていて、Ctripに電話したところ、水のボトルと1メートルの小さなベッドしかありませんでした。朝食はパンと牛乳とフルーツだけでしたが、これまで食べたことのない大きなパンでとても美味しかったです。ここには本当に食べるものがないので食べただけですが、ヨーロッパでとてもおいしいパンを食べました、そして、小さなリンゴは本当においしいです、そして無料のコーヒーがあります。フロントデスクのサービス態度はとても良く、熱心です。荷物を預けることもできますが、事前に行かないと仕事を終えなければなりません。 10時に来たら、次の日の7時に取りに行かなければなりません。設備の悪さを除けば全体的にはとても満足です。

Nuestra estancia fue sumamente agradable. Desde el primer momento, Vitali se mostró muy atento y comprometido con que todo saliera perfecto. A nuestra llegada incluso salió a la calle para ayudarnos a ubicar el alojamiento fácilmente, lo cual fue un gran detalle. Durante toda la estancia estuvo pendiente de nuestras necesidades, siempre con una actitud formal y amable. Nos explicó con claridad cómo funcionaba todo en el lugar, supermercados cercanos y además tuvo la cortesía de facilitarnos de cortesía unas tarjetas para el transporte público, lo cual fue un plus que valoramos muchísimo. Al momento de salir, pudimos dejar el equipaje sin problema y luego recogerlo con total comodidad. Vitali estuvo pendiente y fue muy eficiente también en ese proceso. La ubicación es excelente. Como única sugerencia, quizás mejorar un poco el espacio del baño, especialmente en cuanto al área para colocar artículos personales. También nos hubiera gustado contar con alguna toalla extra, ya que éramos tres personas. Por lo demás, es un lugar muy cómodo que definitivamente recomiendo. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí en una próxima visita.
