在喀納斯老村，崇野集·嶼桐觀景民宿給了我遠超預期的入住體驗。最讓人心生暖意的，是兩位哈薩克族小夥伴無微不至的照顧——小姑娘提前幾天就主動聯繫，耐心確認行程、提供各種實用訊息，細心周到得像遠方的朋友；帥氣的哈薩克小夥子則默默承擔了所有體力活，來來回回幫我們搬運行李，每次都是一臉淳樸的笑容。他們的熱情，讓旅途的疲憊瞬間消散。 民宿的位置絕佳，坐落在老村上方，俯視整個村落。最難忘的，是傍晚坐在院子裏閑聊，看炊煙裊裊升起；清晨醒來，甚至不用起床，躺在床上就能望見日照金山的壯美——那一刻，喀納斯的神聖與寧靜，真實地落在眼前。房間收拾得一塵不染，早餐與下午茶也精緻可口。如果你想在喀納斯尋一處既有風景又有温度的家，這裏，就是答案。

禾木之行挖到的寶藏民宿——鄴居民宿，體驗感直接拉滿！ 位置鬧中取靜，對面就是白樺林，步行十分鐘就能到禾木橋，早上推開窗就能看見山谷晨霧和裊裊炊煙，觀景視角絕佳。房間是LOFT複式設計，裝修輕奢乾淨，乾濕分離衞浴、智能馬桶、 24小時恆温熱水，特別點贊烘洗一體洗衣機，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果很好，山裡睡得格外安穩。 老闆和小姐姐特別貼心，免費升級了房間～提前發遊玩攻略，騎馬、徒步、覓食的本地建議都很實用，早餐的牛肉餅、韭菜餅味道超讚。院子氛圍鬆弛，小朋友和大狗狗交上好朋友，清晨和傍晚坐在房間看山景特別治癒。在禾木住得安心又舒心，小朋友住的捨不得走，下次再來一定會首選這裏！

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu was nothing short of exceptional. If I could give this hotel 10 stars, I absolutely would. What stood out most was the genuinely warm hospitality and extraordinary thoughtfulness of the team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our special occasion was not jusy simply noted, but sincerely celebrated. That personal touch transformed an already wonderful stay into a truly memorable one with decorations and cakes prepared all in advance. A very special mention must go to William Shan, whose professionalism, attentiveness and heartfelt care deserve the highest recognition. William consistently went above and beyond, anticipating our needs and ensuring that every detail of our stay was handled with remarkable thoughtfulness. He and his team who create this kind of guest experience are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises William’s and his team contribution. The hotel itself is superb. Our room and the entire property is sparkling clean, comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. The buffet breakfast iss excellent, with a wonderful variety and quality that made each morning something to look forward to. On top of that, hotel provides free photography, cable ride to the mountain and grassland ski to complete a beautiful memorable stay in Hemu. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, comfort and overall experience, the value for money was outstanding. Most importantly, this was hospitality with heart. It is easy for a hotel to provide a clean room and a good breakfast; it is far more difficult to make guests feel genuinely welcomed, remembered and cared for. William and his team at Holiday Inn Resort Kanas Hemu achieved way beyond that. Future visitors: do not make the mistake of overlooking this hotel. A stay here is an experience you will remember, and choosing elsewhere may well leave you wondering why you didn’t stay here instead. 不想進禾木，就在吉克普林找到了這家民宿。位置得天獨厚，在一片林子旁邊，需要開一段土路進去。房間挺好，比小木屋要寬敞很多，乾淨整潔，坐在房間窗邊可以望到🚠。還有免費貓咪可以擼！ 他家早餐也好吃，雖然簡單，看着都挺乾淨，口味也不錯。 民宿很僻靜，光污染少，我們半夜還看到整片星空！ 他家養了很多雞鴨羊，種了各色蔬菜，可惜沒機會嘗一下。

The host was friendly and fetched us from the bus stop, and even provided a free room upgrade allowing us to have a direct view to the snow-capped mountains. Very appreciated on the nice gesture. However, we encountered the sewage flowing out from the underground pipes when we were about to take shower. The host was quickly attending to the issue and whole process of cleaning took 2 hours till 12am. Despite the effort, the smell was still in the air and the sewage still flowed out from time to time. Unfortunately, there was no room available for an exchange and we had to bear it whole night. The experience was discounted. In addition, there was sweating smell from the pillow that I had to use once-off cotton towel provided by the hostel to cover the surface. Other than that, the view was nice and the food was decent.

We would like to give out utmost compliments to the fantastic service rendered to us by Jack of Concierge services. Being our first time to Altay, Xijiang, we are not familiar with transport and Jack has been an absolute gem. He helped us secure pickup at late notice despite the snow condition and continued to take care of us throughout our stay. Our first time in Xinjiang is absolutely wonderful thanks to Jack! The manager on duty also took feedback into stride and did his best to remedy hiccups. Hilton Altay has bus shuttle to the Jikepulin Ski Resort which makes skiing a breeze. We did 3 days of ski until the end of hours and came back for the lounge service. We were thoroughly pampered and will come back to stay at Hilton in a heartbeat. 設施齊全，吹風機是徠芬高速，洗澡水壓很大，有洗衣機，智能馬桶座圈温熱自動開蓋，一次性馬桶墊，床品很舒服，有軟硬兩種枕頭，細節拉滿。衞生不必説，看圖片乾淨整潔。重點誇老闆大叔，可以説有求必應！想早起看晨霧老闆免費開車送到神仙灣，歡迎水果説想吃西瓜老闆直接切了一半西瓜讓我們吃到飽，早餐就在馬路對面很方便，淳樸熱情，服務周到。另外民宿位置很好，換乘中心坐1號線坐一站，或者走路幾百米。民宿在老橋旁邊，遠離主街的吵鬧，休息的很好。早晚遊客旅遊團散去後，到河邊沿着步道散步拍照特別愜意。很適合呆兩天的地方！第一家讓我們離開時都依依不捨的老闆和民宿！
