先日、この美しいホテルに滞在することができ、本当に嬉しく、心からお勧めします。立地も非常に便利で、周辺には様々な施設があり、あらゆる予算に対応しているため、どんな旅行者にも理想的な選択肢です。 ホテルの外観は息を呑むほど美しく、自然美に囲まれ、新鮮で爽快な空気が漂っています。館内は清潔で、手入れが行き届いています。客室は広々としており、ベッドは驚くほど快適で、全体的に温かみのある温かい雰囲気です。 フロントデスクのジェニーさんとヤンヤン・チャンさんには特に感謝しています。お二人のフレンドリーで温かいお言葉は、10時間以上のフライトで疲れた私を癒してくれました。お部屋をアップグレードしていただき、Wi-Fiの接続や車のナンバープレートの登録など、親切にサポートしていただき、チェックイン手続きもスムーズで楽でした。 さらに、親戚の同伴者の登録もスムーズにしていただき、さらに楽しいハッピーアワーもご用意いただきました。エグゼクティブラウンジのパーカー・チャンさんはとても親切で、地元のサービスや交通機関に関する貴重なアドバイスをくれ、必要な情報をすべて提供してくれました。とても気さくな方です。 （朝食はホテルではとりませんでした。外でもっと屋台や地元の料理を楽しみたかったからです。）でも、ウェルカムフルーツの盛り合わせとハッピーアワーのデザートは最高でした。上質な食材と新鮮なクリームを使っていて、甘すぎず、罪悪感も軽減されました。 今回の滞在のおかげで、5年ぶりの帰省が素晴らしくスムーズで快適なものになりました。素晴らしいサービスと温かいおもてなしに心から感謝しています。思い出に残る滞在をありがとうございました。またぜひお泊まりしたいと思っています。 :)

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

Generally very clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room is very spacious and pleasant. The breakfast is relatively simple but good quality. The location is relatively convenient, though being right next to a major road does make it relatively difficult to cross the street at times. The wi-fi did not always work well, however. Overall it’s a relatively good hotel.

全体的な感じはOKで、価格もOKですが、いくつか改善点があり、滞在体験はより良くなります。遮音性は理想的ではありません。夜寝ているときに廊下で話している人、上の階でトイレを流してシャワーを浴びている人がいつも聞こえ、下の階から下水道の音が聞こえます。窓の遮音性は普通のアルミ合金の引き戸、壊れていない橋のアルミ防音窓、エアコンの暖房を改善する必要があり、騒音が大きいです。

再び合肥に来て、Fanglai International Hotel Economic Development Zoneに滞在することを選択しました。今回は同級生の子供たちの進学宴会に参加しました。ホテルの絶好のロケーションは今でもハイライトであり、地下鉄は心配ありません。スタッフは相変わらず暖かくフレンドリーで、手続きは効率的です。客室は広として清潔で、快適な生活を送っています。ビュッフェブランチは多種多様です。恵園と水族館を訪れた後、正大広場の近くでリラックスしてください。思いやりのあるサービスと便利な周辺は申し分のないものです!ホテルの飲み物と料理が私の味蕾を直接開いたことは言及する価値があります。宴会の料理がこんなに美味しいとは思っていませんでした!クラスメートとカップを押して、部屋を変えて、まるで学生の時間に戻ったようです!時間はシャトルのようで、変化は年齢、変わらないのは思い出です!次回合肥に来るときは、Fanglai International Hotelを選ばなければなりません!

雨が降っていたので、ネットの口コミを見て駅のホテルを予約しましたが、高速鉄道を降りるのに数分しかかからず、まったく濡れることはありませんでした。フロントの対応がとても良く、事前にホテルの場所を連絡してくれました。環境もよく、設備も充実しています。夜もよく眠れました。部屋もとても清潔でした。ところで、あなたはルームカードを使用してレストランで食事をすると割引が受けられます。素晴らしい経験でした。素晴らしい滞在経験でした。

這個酒店，它是位於小區內部，挺安靜的一個房間，然後佈置他們店家都是很用心的在佈置，有抽油煙機，小冰箱，衣櫃，居家用品很齊全。 設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，樓下就是小區的周邊肖，理髮的，吃飯的都很便利。 店家小哥也比較細緻，怕我找不着圖文並茂的給我描述了酒店的位置。就是忘了拍照了 ٩（๑′0`๑）۶

I been staying Novotel at Singapore having very good experiences,but it surprised me for this HeFei Novotel when I request a coffee when having their morning breakfast the waiter just point at the coffee machine and ask me go and get yourself.

A lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.
