ゲゲストSo, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier. 
Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do. 
So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.

ゲゲストThe place is so spacious and clean, all amenities are so complete. We are really grateful to the host. He is really nice, friendly, and helpful.
Even though we can’t speak Chinese, he is really put alot of effort to brief us regarding the place. I would really recommend this place and if I have another chance to visit Harbin again, I would definitely book this place again if it is still available.

PPeace PhatthaWe had a very comfortable and happy stay at Qiuqu Donglai Inn. It was much cheaper compared to the other accomodations in Snow Town, and exceeded our expectations. The owners and staff were very friendly and patient in providing all the help we needed during our stay 😄
Before the trip, it was also easy communicating with the owner through Wechat as she patiently answered all our concerns and even provided us with more guiding tips about our trip there. She helped us to settle mutliple car and bus pickup services to/from the inn as well as to/from Snow Town. This certainly made our planning much easier and convenient as we could plan our days according to the pick-up/ drop-off times.
Additionally, the inn was very cozy with only 2 floors of rooms but it was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the pictures. The Kang heated beds were comfortable and the toilet was exceptionally clean, with a heater unit and toilet seat. We could also order food from the QR code in the room and have our meals prepared from the kitchen downstairs. The convenience and quality of food definitely left us impressed.
For our trip to Snow Town, the owner provided us with suggestions on activities that we could try and also helped us to book the activity package at a cheaper rate. The owner even prepared some free activities for us to do (Photo-taking with the traditional jacket + Water splashing into ice) but it was rather unfortunate as we could not find time to try it out. You should definitely try it out if you stay here and have the time to do so!
We highly recommend this inn for comfort, convenience and a peace-of-mind when travelling to Snow Town. This will definitely be our go-to accomodation when we are back here for our next visit! 💯

YYouxiangongjinanmo最高のホテルです。薛郷でこんなに素晴らしいベッドのあるホテルを見つけるなんて！まるで宝くじに当たった気分です。20軒のホテルのうち、18軒は暖房付きのレンガ造りのベッド（カン）があるのですが、ここは新築で一戸建てです。暖房もしっかり効いていて、オーナーは荷物の運搬まで手伝ってくれます！サービスも素晴らしく、朝食、お湯、ヘアドライヤーまで用意してくれます！写真撮影用のプライベートな裏庭もあります。
感動して泣きそうになりました！今まで出会った中で最高です！薛郷に位置し、薛雲街、シャトルバス、ディスコ広場にとても近いです。オーナーは遊具用のカートやアヒルの罠まで用意してくれています。

Thank you to Xueji Hotel for the incredibly warm welcome from the very first moment we arrived. It truly felt like visiting relatives rather than staying at a hotel 🥰
The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It is equipped with a humidifier, which is extremely helpful in the cold, dry weather. What impressed us the most was the view from the room — we could even see fireworks 🎆 It was such a romantic and special experience.
The hotel also offers local traditional outfits (red floral-style clothing) to borrow, perfect for strolling around the village and taking photos. We had so much fun and captured many beautiful pictures 📸
Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient, especially in cold weather and when carrying luggage.
🍲 The hotel food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was prepared with care and tasted wonderful. Our whole family loved it — the three of us (father, mother, and child) truly enjoyed every meal ❤️

ゲゲスト部屋は素晴らしいロケーションにあり、通りを行き交う人々を見ることができ、とても活気があります。夜7時半から8時頃、何千人もの人々が薛祥の中央広場でディスコパーティーを開きます。子供たちは安全を心配することなく、カンで音楽を楽しむことができます。ウィンドウの右側にある小さな四角形と大きなスクリーンでアクティビティを確認することもできます。ホテルは暖房が効いていてとても暖かいので、Tシャツを着ても大丈夫です。バスルームは清潔で整頓されており、シャワーヘッドの水はとても柔らかいです。
店主はとても温かく、お客さんをもてなしてくれました。春節には縁起の良いみかんやお土産をくれました。子どもたちはとても楽しんでいました！
図13～20は、実際に撮影した谷雄嶺の写真です。霧氷は実に美しいです。山の雪は柔らかく、場所によっては雪の厚さが1メートル近くあります。子供たちが雪合戦をしたり、雪だるまを作ったりするのに最適です。足が濡れないように、保護手袋を着用してください。
ホテルの食事は本格的で、食材も新鮮です。煮込んだ豚バラ肉とキャベツが入った餃子は美味しいです！

CC.L 思We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received.
Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience.
Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests.
A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference.
Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable.
This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a beautiful, warm, and unforgettable experience ❤️

Ppoi geokThe hotel is just prefer location near to the main entrance just abt 10mins walk especially snowing, 3-5mins to Dream home and Er Ren Zhuan show and the Xueyun street.
The hotel not too big but very innovative decoration and cosy, with small cafeteria and restaurant is under renovation when we stayed there in end Nov.
The lady boss and staff were very friendly and thoughtful.
Only thing that the hotel entrance and hotel name is too small and you may miss it.
