Mt Baker Getaways offersThis cottage is tucked away in the forest right next to the large lodge, only 3 minute walk to town. You can catch the Baker Bus up to the mountain or drive 25 minutes to the mountain top. This cottage is cozy! Amazing for two guests a little tight for four. Work from the forest as we just upgraded to high speed internet.Kitchen has all the gadgets to cook about anything. The fridge is nice and big for short or extended stays. We have an electric stove and propane bbq for you to enjoy. The covered porch and rocking chairs are perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain or trails. There is a fire pit and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We just installed AC for those hot summer days.The ceilings in the bedroom/living room area are low, as this is a very small and historic cottage. You will enjoy the large rock wall rain head shower.What we love about the cabin is one of the most secluded cabins in Mt. Baker Rim. The quiet surroundings, no neighbors, all you can hear is Glacier Creek.The Glacier Creek Cabin features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, open kitchen, vaulted ceilings. The first floor has living room, kitchen, full bath and bedroom with king bed. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Semi private, set back in the woods, The Nook has lots of windows to enjoy the forest. Enjoy the hiking trails of the Mt. Baker/snoqualmie national forest right outside your door. 17 miles from Mt. Baker ski area & 1/4 from Glacier. Cornell creek is a stroll through the woods. Also, enjoy trails through the woods to Glacier.The spaceThis little cabin is brand new. The modern style has a pine ceiling and iron accents. The loft has lots of windows and is super cozy with a queen bed. Do keep in mind that you have to navigate a ladder to get into the loft. There is a sofa bed on the main floor as well. There is a propane fireplace in kitchen and living room to dry out and get cozy.Having more people join or a family reunion? You can also book "The LTC" it is on the same property as "The Nook," sleeps 4. "Dislodge" is right next door and sleeps 8 people. The second bedroom also provides direct deck access, while the third bedroom offers ample space. Guests have access to excellent recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, basketball court, pickleball court, baseball field, children's playground, and a small pond. Paved roads make the neighborhood ideal for children's bike riding and scooters, and local hiking trails are just a short walk away.Guest InformationConnectivity: We have excellent wifi service due to the recent update to high-speed Ziply Fiber Optic network. For Families: A high chair and Pack-and-Play are available upon advance request for those traveling with young children.Host Presence: A small, separate apartment is attached to the side of the cabin, which we infrequently use when in Snowline. This private space features its own driveway and entrance separate from guest areas and hidden from the front of the cabin.
