We've just returned from a splendid overnight stay at Molino del Arco. We added a night in Ronda to the end of trip to Estepona as we wanted to visit a local vineyard. We stumbled across this hotel on a search of the area and we were delighted with what we discovered. A beautifully charming 17th century property, stylishly converted from a former olive oil farm. The family still producing olive oil nearby in the region and available to try in the restaurant. The hotel is excellent, a tranquil idyllic spot, fabulous main building and rooms, a superb courtyard and wonderful gardens. All delivers a wonderfully relaxing stay. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was delicious and took a pre-dinner drink on the terrace from the honesty bar. Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and served with a smile. The overwhelming standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Working front of house were Christina and Ismael, they were skilfully attentive and friendly without ever being anywhere near overbearing and despite being there at all hours were constantly smiling. They were a joy as was this hotel. We will return and Christina is already planning a number of activities, day trips, restaurant recommendations and tastings! Bravo and see you soon.
Fab hotel!. The location is perfect, right next to the bridge. The hotel is charming, traditional but with modern comforts. The bed and bedding were very luxurious and we had a great night's sleep. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked and served to us. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Ronda.
We were only staying here for a night. So the room is clean and well equipped for us with the basics. Excellent location - it is right next to the new bridge, with everything within walking distance. The building has a lift which is very convenient for us traveling with big luggage. The room is huge and the view is super nice. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. One thing to note about this accommodation is that its reception is not 24/7. You have to be very precise with your arrival time otherwise the front door is locked and you have to wait on the street. They have parking underground but we didn't use it because we arrived early and parked elsewhere while waiting for the receptionist.
We have visited several times and the service is always superb. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. The rooms are very comfortable and have beautiful views, the restaurant is fine and the location superb being in the center of town. Most of all, however, I have to recommend the staff.
KKevin PLovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood in the old town area of Ronda. Most of the popular attractions in Ronda are no more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We arrived early in the day via train and staff was able to hold our bags until check-in. Staff was very friendly. The walk from the train station was easy, about 20-25 minutes. The hotel has modest amenities, with only breakfast onsite. But there are plenty of restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Our room was a nice size, although the air con was a little less frosty than other hotels we stayed in during our trip. But it was still ok despite the unseasonable heat. We would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a quieter, but convenient, location in Ronda and do not want/need views of the bridge and countryside.
They accepted my reservation on trust, just from a telephone call, without any credit card number required. They help find park places, emphasizing the free options. Small but warm room. Comfy mattresses. Ideal location in the center. Surprisingly good breakfast. And really inexpensive.
ゲゲストEstuvimos del 25 al 26 de este mes en la habitación 1. No repetiremos.
We really didn’t know what to expect when we booked as we found quite affordable price. Then I can say that might be the last hidden gem in Andalusia. Place is just unique, a fancy boutique hotel at a great price , then the people and finally the food. Love place !!
