価格を考えると大満足ですが、部屋は小さく、バスローブやバスタブもなかったのでやはりパリやベルサイユの四つ星ホテルとは違った印象でした。部屋自体は星３つくらいの印象です。個人的には部屋が暗すぎるのが気になりました。 しかし、無料の駐車場があるため車でルマンを訪れた人にとってはありがたいことは間違い無いです。また、ルマンの旧市街にもすぐ出られるので、ルマン観光をする人にとっては非常に便利だと思います。ルマンの街は治安の良さは感じませんが、御伽話に出てくるような中世フランスの街に現代（路面電車やファストフード店など）が入り混じった独特の雰囲気があり面白かったです。 部屋に備え付けられたお水とネスプレッソが美味しかったことに加え、フロントの人も親切で優しかったです。

On m'a proposé une chambre tres calme et très propre. personnel très agréable et professionnel, digne de travailler dans la restauration. Expérience très appréciable, j'ai enfin trouvé mon point de chute lorsque je serai dans la région. A conseillé les yeux fermés

I had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days. The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area. However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

非常に満足のいく、部屋は広く、やかんがあり、水を沸かすことができ、ネットワークは安定していて、駐車場は便利で、場所は少し離れていますが、運転も便利で、全体的に良いです

スペインへ向かう途中、便利な一泊滞在先として利用しました。簡素ながらも非常に快適なホテルで、価格に見合った価値があります。夕食の選択肢は限られていますが、徒歩5分のところにスーパーマーケットとバー/レストランがあります。 2ユーロで安全な駐車場を利用できますので、安心して利用できます。 予算が限られており、高速道路からそれほど遠くない方には、良い宿泊先としておすすめです。

The hotel is remote from the city center and should only be booked if you are attending Le Mans Université. The rooms are very compact meaning you will not have room for luggage and work. It is only good if you do not intend to stay in your room and spend most of your time of the day outside. The reception service closes at 9:00pm but the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful and tries his best to resolve issues.
