チェックインは迅速でした。部屋は数泊の滞在に最適でした。広さも十分で、清潔で、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。ただ一つ残念だったのは、コンセントが1つしかなく、しかも隅っこのかなり高い位置に設置されていたことです。鏡の近くか、できればベッドサイドにもう1つコンセントが必要だと思います。でも、本当に快適な滞在だったので、これは些細な問題です。

良かった点：このホテルはビーチや商業地区からすぐ近くです。部屋も施設も清潔です。ジム、プール、スチームルーム、サウナを備えたスパ施設が気に入りました。とてもリラックスできます。滞在中のハイライトは朝食でした。ビーチとブライトン桟橋を眺めながら、たくさんの料理を楽しめます。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。オンラインチェックアウトも便利で、時間の節約になります。 悪かった点：シービューのスーペリアルームを予約したのに、パーシャルシービューにしてもらいました。長旅で疲れていたので、わざわざお願いしませんでした。バスルームのシャワーヘッドとバスタブの排水口が錆びていました。サウナは混雑していて行けませんでした。 全体的に良い経験でした。

The room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly but the best bit about this hotel is the location - on the seafront and close to shops bars and restaurants. The spa area was a bit disappointing, it’s more a leisure centre and very busy when we visited so don’t expect too much relaxation as there are not even loungers to sit/lie on. We didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel as there are many great restaurants in Brighton so I cannot comment on the brekkie. We attended the NYE dinner/dance at the hotel and it was brilliant! Great entertainment, lovely food - a fabulous time had by all and a lovely way to see in 2026! Brighton in general is a lovely place to visit, lots of bars, restaurants and shops - especially the Lanes which is full of small independents which are just fab! There’s lots to do and see! We took a short walk from the hotel to the i360 tower. A great way to see Brighton from the sky and we managed to catch it at sunset - so magical! I would definitely recommend!

如果開車的話，是一個合適的酒店，房間大，衞生間也大，乾淨整潔。早餐也不錯，半自助，要趕路的話得留足時間。位置在Brighton 東邊的一個海濱綜合體內，可以免費停車。距離七姐妹海濱開車一小時，距西斯羅機場開車2小時。城中心的英皇閣值得看。

It was a decent stay and at off peak for £80 on a Saturday it’s not too bad. It’s a nice area of town and near to everything whilst still being quiet. The key code system as helpful asyou could come and go at any time and no check in process was needed. The room was a reasonable size but the bathroom was very small and tight. The room gad basic creature comforts like soap, small shower gel/shampoo pots and hot drinks facilities. The overall cleanliness was fine but the extractor fan in the bathroom was very dusty and the shower could’ve been cleaner with some hairs in it. The bed and key hygiene elements were clean though. The floors were quite thin so you could hear neighbours at times and the room could’ve done with a blackout blind really. If it was cheap to stay again I’d consider here, but I wouldn’t pay more than I did given the overall experience as some basics were overlooked as mentioned. Hopefully the feedback is constructive.

Nice place centrally located. Host was helpful & friendly plus amenities were good. Comfy bed in a charming room. Highly recommended for travellers

I was staying overnight only and checked in at 21:30. Loved the bed, the firm pillows and winter style duvet and check out time of midday but that was all The building looks dilapidated, grubby and as though not a single thing has been refurbished since it's development. Could not get the heating to work; grubby stained-looking dreary brown carpet throughout the building. Tatty shower curtain and a fixed shower head so you must stand directly under it. Good quality towels and free luggage storage good points.

スタッフはaからzまで素晴らしく、ベッドリネンとタオルも新しいようにきれいです。マットレスはとても快適で質が良かった。朝食はフィルターコーヒーで非常に基本的な英語でした。しかし、建物がほとんど崩壊しているのは残念です。バスA5または片道3ポンドで5分かかりますが、これは非常に便利です。無料駐車場はかなり良く、便利です。ダブルルームの費用は175ポンドで、それはそれよりはるかに高かったと思います。私が言っているのは、私が知っていたら、その金額ではるかに良いホテルを得ることができるということです。

Decent family-run hotel, not dissimilar to other boutique hotels situated in historical buildings in Brighton. Shower took a while to heat up, the air dryer wasn’t working, and the room also had a lingering smell of cigarettes which I believe would have been hard to get rid of if someone smoked there previously, but the sea view was lovely and staff were friendly. Basic amenities available and adequate for the short stay. Instructions were clear and though not always right away, staff were reachable.
