This room exceeded my expectations! I wasn't sure what to expect but we were really surprised. The room was really spacious and very quiet and comfortable. It's about 15 minute walk into town, but there's a bus stop directly outside. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay again if I was in the area.

PRO: Great hotel. nice and clean. comfy bed. Blackout curtains. good brekkie.(extra paid). Aldi next door for room snacks. Pub next door for drinkies. old victorian pub as well for ambiance if you want it. 24hr parking only £8 which is very reasonable in todays rip off parking Britain. CONS: Although it looks like its next to the statiion on a map, its not. you have to walk around and under an underpass . About Half a mile. on cobbles, with a case. That said, once in, its right on the outskirts of town which is good ( via another underpass). Price for a budget hotel was a bit steep. £100 for the night without brekkie.
