Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes.
Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.
Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening.
Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

ゲゲストHighlights: beautiful views of acropolis and surrounding area from rooftop bar/restaurant space (also where breakfast served), buffet of good standard and restaurant staff very polite and a credit to the hotel.
Improvements: reception staff generally very helpful but one particular staff member was not forthcoming with information/recommendations for restaurants/ details regarding late check out - we were always referred to come back later/following day to reception to ask someone else; when same questions asked later to a different member of staff, they were more than happy to help with all enquiries.
Room: no ‘do not disturb’ sign available, housekeeping knocked on room at 9am every day, which woke us up; also housekeeping entering room after knocking on door without waiting for guests to respond; need some adjustments to respect privacy or guests; hotel corridors are very stuffy even in winter time
Overall: a very pleasant stay

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example).
The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible.
Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log.
Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense.
Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

匿匿名ユーザーホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで、フロントでは英語が通じます、朝食ビュッフェが充実、部屋はコンパクト、シャワールームとシンクの水圧がすごい、初めて利用したときは少し驚きましたが、通りや港にも近く、二重の防音ドアと窓が効果的で、夜も静かにお休みいただけます。夕食の料理はシェフの腕が光る素晴らしいものでした。全体的にとても満足です👍

匿匿名ユーザー伝統的なホテルです。設備は比較的古いものの、設備は充実しており清潔です。窓の外の景色も素晴らしく、部屋からはアクロポリスが一望できます。スタッフは親切で、朝食の種類も豊富です。何より嬉しいのは、立地の良さです。地下鉄駅や新アクロポリス博物館まで徒歩数分、周辺にはレストランもたくさんあります。

9階の屋上からはアクロポリスとスイミングプールの景色を望めます。
朝食は種類豊富ですが、残念ながら魅力のない広い部屋で提供され、1階は非常に騒がしいです。 9階のレストランルームか屋上にあれば良かったのですが。
部屋は清潔ですが、バスルームには非常に狭いシャワー室があります。

JJonesEdwardヨーロッパへの最初の旅行なので、私が想像するのは非常にヨーロッパ的なものがありました。あなたの部屋の電源に小さなエレベーターとキーカードアクセスは、私たちにとって初めてでした。クルーズに出かける前に一晩しかそこにいませんでしたが、全体的に滞在にとても満足しました。フロントデスクのチェックインは素晴らしく、朝食のスプレッドは素晴らしかったです。朝の1時30分に大声で帰ってきたゲストが唯一の刺激であり、それは悪いゲストであり、ホテルのせいではありません。

UUwe Holgerホテルよりも写真が多く、すべてが少し慣れています。通りに部屋があれば、とても騒がしく、キッチンには洗剤がなく、他に何もありません。スタッフのサポートは待たないでしょう。インターネットへのアクセスも非常に遅いです

AAlison’s Silk Road Travels4階のシングルルームに宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で窓があり、開閉も可能でした。部屋には新しくて素晴らしい冷蔵庫があり、冷たい飲み物を飲むことができました。バスルームは小さめでしたが、必要なものはすべて揃っていました。部屋は毎日清掃され、清潔なタオルとリネンが用意されていました。清掃員の方もとても親切でした。荷物を全部置くのに十分なスペースがあり、こじんまりとしていましたが、料金を考えると非常に良かったです。毎朝朝食を食べました。とても素敵な朝食ルームでした。朝食は基本的なものでしたが、すべてがとても新鮮で、きれいに盛り付けられていました。1階はタバコの強い匂いがしたので、喫煙フロアだと思いました。私が宿泊した4階はとても静かで、全くタバコの匂いはしませんでした。禁煙の旅行者として、これらのニーズは満たされています！受付スタッフはとても親切で丁寧でした。ホテルは中心部に位置しており、アテネの主要観光スポットはすべて徒歩わずか20分です。散歩も最高です！たくさんの興味深いお店があります！考古学博物館もホテルから歩いてすぐなので、立地も抜群です。鉄道駅のメインラインまでも徒歩わずか15分です。すぐ近くには12ユーロ程度で本格的なディナーを楽しめる素晴らしいお店があり、とてもお得です。このエリアのショッピングもとても気に入りました。とても快適な滞在で、また必ず利用したいと思います。女性一人旅でしたが、ホテルではとても安心して過ごせました。ベーシックな清潔なホテルで、お手頃価格です。添付の画像は、部屋の写真など、記載されている内容の一部です。

PPuay Teck Ongホテルの外観は魅力的です。しかし、正面玄関を歩くと、ロビーの周りの重いカーテンが長い間きれいではなかったと感じることができます。ロビーのソファはすべて、古くて魅力的ではない光景を覆うためだと思います。チェックインプロセスはまっすぐでフレンドリーでした。
階段のライトのどれも機能しておらず、携帯電話のフラッシュライトを使用して階段を上り下りするパスを点灯しなければならず、ホテルを迅速に避難する必要がある場合は危険かもしれません。
部屋のドアにはキーカードスロットがありますが、部屋のドアのロックを解除するための物理的な鍵と電気をオンにするキーカードが必要だったので壊れていると思います。部屋のサイズは良く、天井が高いです。バスルームにはハンドヘルドシャワーヘッド用のフックがないので、シャワーを浴びるのは便利ではなく、水も常に十分に熱くはありません。
ダイヤルが冷たくなってもエアコンは暖かい空気を吹き、部屋を暖かく、寝心地が悪くなります。ホテルのレビューは、これが人が10年以上文句を言っている一般的な問題の1つであることを示唆しているようです!!!!私は部屋を冷やすためにすべての窓を開けることになり、これは一晩中交通騒音を誘いました。
ホテルは長年無視されすぎて、驚くほどまだ営業中です????
