アパートは、主要都市の中心、旧ヴェネツィア港、モスク、灯台、カフェ、レストランから15-minute歩いていました。また、チャニア中央バスステーションから徒歩7–10-minuteでした。 部屋は良いサイズで、ベッドマットレスは快適でした。オープンプランのキッチンとリビングルームは広として設備が整っていました。アパートが本当に気に入ったのは、バルコニーの洗濯機、電子レンジ、衣類乾燥ラックでした。 アンナはとても親切で親切でした。彼女はチェックイン中、他の問題があるときはいつでも私たちを手伝ってくれました。ツアーについても素敵なおしゃべりをしました。 欠けているのは歯ブラシとスリッパだけです。アパートは3日ごとに掃除されました。全体的に、清潔で快適なアパートでした。

This was a great place. Obviously you need a car to reach, but then most places on the island outside the city do. Plenty of parking on site. Family run. Super nice and friendly. Sitting on a hilltop with gorgeous views of sea. Our room wasn't too big, but that wasn't an issue for us, since we're out most of the time. The pool was cute. We went early in morning and evening and didn't find it busy. Breakfast buffet was small but again, nothing really to complain about. We ate the food and were satisfied. It can be a bit tricky initially to navigate and find your way to the hotel from the main road. There are several routes. Just drive slow and you'll be fine. Overall, we had a nice holiday and if we're coming back to the same area we would probably choose to stay here again.

Every hotel staff was smiley, friendly and helpful. We received welcome snacks snd message in the room. The room was modern with air condition, high ceiling and nice amenities. Breakfast was buffet-style as and adequate. Location is very close to many shops and restaurants but without the noise. I enjoyed the deep tissue massage at their spa. Enhancement areas suggested for Room 11: shower door does not close; the queen bed was two separate single beds put together instead of one mattress, and with separate bedcover sheets instead of one queen sized bedcover sheet; a kettle would have been useful.

This hotel was perfect on all aspects, the room was amazing, big very clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony and the swimming pool was brilliant! I really enjoyed the spa and the interior pool as well. The restaurant of the hotel was perfect too, the food was really good. But most importantly, the staff of the hotel was highly professional and the nicest people! All of them were very good to us and treated us so well. I include everyone in the staff including the cleaning lady who was so lovely too. All in all this might have been my best holiday in a very long time if not ever. I highly recommend this hotel! Big thank you to everyone at Lagon life spirit boutique hotel, you’ve made our stay so perfect!

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was good, we got a free upgrade, which moved us to another one of their other hotels (Corissia Princess Hotel) which was nice. Housekeeping could have been more thorough, we left the towels on the bathroom floor and they were not replaced. They also did not replenish tea bags. However reception is quick to rectify. Hot water went out one of the days which was annoying but maintenance was quick to fix it. Pools, beach chairs, private beach area looked great, however we did not get the chance to use them as the weather was not great and the indoor pool closed around 7pm. Breakfast was good and the location was nice (not connected to hotel)

Hotel was nice and all, location is great, however: - The walls are paper thin, you will hear literally everything going on next door and above, and if there is any sort of festival outside going on, good luck sleeping! - There is a vallet service as the parking lot is small, and the staff takes your car to a nearby lot if required. Staff scratched my rental car's driver side door during my trip, and although I had no issue as I had insurance, I did not get as much as an apology, even after they checked the security cameras and saw the car came in without damages.

Breakfast was exceptional, the staff are very attentive. The images of the rooms are accurate and the receptionists and managers do their best to accommodate all your needs. The pillow menu is a lovely extra the beach attached to the hotel is the only downside. But I’m sad I had to leave.
