Brand new refurbished, classy. Beddings, amenities all excellent. The breakfast spread was good. Location super close to Haram.
The downside- receptionist- this one particular guy was poorly performing during the check in. I waited for one hour, and he still insist 'wait for few mins, your room will be ready'. Minutes turned into 1 hour, and he still said room not ready. I exploded, then one of his colleague came and offered me an upgrade for the inconvenience. Not a good first impression for the hotel.
Other staffs are quite courteous and polite.

最高の立地で、アル・マスジド・アン・ナバウィーからすぐそばにあり、女性用と男性用の礼拝門に直接アクセスできるため、特に礼拝の時間は非常に便利です。
客室は広々としており、美しく手入れされ、清潔で、快適なベッド、柔らかなリネン、そして一流ホテルに期待されるすべてのアメニティが揃っていました。窓から見える預言者のモスクの眺めは息を呑むほど美しく、すべての瞬間が特別なものに感じられました。
滞在中のサービスは完璧でした。スタッフは礼儀正しく、プロフェッショナルで、心から親切で、常に笑顔で対応してくれました。チェックインとチェックアウトはスムーズで、ハウスキーピングは細部まで行き届いていました。
朝食ビュッフェは素晴らしく、種類豊富な各国料理と中東料理が揃い、どれも新鮮で美味しかったです。レストランのスタッフは温かく親切で、すべてのゲストを温かく迎え入れてくれました。
インターコンチネンタル ダール アル イマンは、最高の立地、世界クラスのホスピタリティ、そして落ち着いた雰囲気で、まさに傑出しています。ウムラ、ハッジ、あるいは個人的な思索のためにマディーナを訪れる方にとって理想的な場所です。感謝と安らぎに満ちた気持ちでホテルを後にしました。次回訪れる際も、必ずまたここに滞在します。

DDad86Had a good 3 day 2 night stay at Jayden hotel, staff were kind enough to allow for free early check in as well as free late of checkout. The hotel is a close walk to haram but take note that the lady’s entrance is quite far. Breakfast selection is great and topped up often. The room is comfortable and clean with hot drinks and full set of toiletries, highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

Aakiiira部屋はとても綺麗でしたが、この値段なら至って普通かと思います。レストラン、カフェ、テラスがあると記載されていましたが、棟が２つあり、ワタシが案内されたのは棟内にレストランなど無い方でした。掲載されていたレストランやテラスは外に出て、隣の棟に行かなければならなく、残念でした。日本人だから？安いサイトから予約したから？と寂しい気持ちになりました…それと目の前には鉄塔があり、それもマイナスでした…

ゲゲストWe stayed here for two nights in Madinah with our family. The nightly rate was on the expensive side, but it felt in line with other similar hotels in the area. The location is decent — it’s around a 15-minute drive to Al-Haram — but there is no shuttle service at all. On the positive side, the room and overall facilities were clean.
Unfortunately, a few issues really impacted our stay. There is construction immediately behind (almost attached to) the building, and we were woken up around 7:00 AM by nonstop drilling that continued for hours. Because of the noise, we ended up leaving the hotel and staying out as much as possible during the daytime. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel should have the courtesy to clearly share this noise/construction situation at the time of booking, so guests can make an informed decision.
Parking was another major challenge. The parking is very limited and the access is not easy, so if you’re traveling with a car, it can be quite difficult and stressful. Lastly, while the staff
we did interact with were friendly, it was often hard to find someone when we needed assistance.

ゲゲストWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

FFAISAL AMIRThis hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way.
The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls.
Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great
No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms.
No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean.
Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous.
Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment.
But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices.
I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.
