とても親切なホテルでした！ 午前6時に到着したのですが、追加料金30万ベトナムドンですぐにチェックインさせてくれました。チェックアウトもレイトチェックアウトに対応してくれました。部屋は豪華ではありませんでしたが、清潔で必要なものはすべて揃っていました。エアコンはすぐに部屋を暖めてくれ、シャワーも温水で問題なく使えました。 朝食の種類も豊富で、フォーボーとブラックコーヒーをとても美味しくいただきました。 部屋からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。

First of all, if you want a hot shower, you need to let the water run for about 10–15 minutes before it gets hot. I stayed in the panorama view room and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location is great just a 2–3 minute walk to the center of Sa Pa, but still in a quiet area. The room was fine. The bed is very comfortable, although the space to walk around is a little small. The room also feels a bit outdated with an older design, and the TV is not a smart TV. For me that was totally fine since I don’t really watch TV anyway. The bathroom was a little bit dirty (I noticed some hair from a previous guest), but nothing that would ruin your stay. Breakfast is okay, mostly Asian-style options, but still good. The staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay with a beautiful view and a great location.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Love the view and the breakfast the most! The room was also big but I hope that there was just a separator between the shower area and toilet
