サパの町からそれほど遠くない場所にある、美しい5つ星ホテルです。豪華な内装、息を呑むような渓谷の眺め、そして素晴らしい朝食サービスに加え、GM自らが心を込めておもてなしするなど、素晴らしいサービスが受けられました。滞在全体は快適でしたが、最終日は対応のまずい出来事で台無しになってしまいました。ドアの電池切れで部屋から締め出され、その後、紛失したトイレットペーパーの袋を持って行ったと責められました。受付ロビーで他の宿泊客の前で荷物を解かされ、屈辱的で動揺しました。謝罪はありましたが、時すでに遅しでした。プロ意識の欠如と適切な手続きの欠如が、本来であれば快適な滞在だったにもかかわらず、その印象を曇らせてしまいました。経営陣にはこのフィードバックを真摯に受け止めていただきたいと思います。

Well! What to say about that hotel, except the staff was really friendly and kind👍 we arrived around 6:30AM-7AM with a night bus, hoping that we could leave our luggage there, we rung the bell, and felt so sorry to awake him this early, but he still was super nice, telling us it was okay, and come back at 1PM for the check in. We were as sleepy as him, but did a little visit of the city waiting for the right hour. But without our luggage, which was great. The room was more than okay, with a lake view, that we couldn't see properly as we came during foggy days😅. In the rooms you'll have water, coffee and tea for free, and then some snacks and other drinks, that you'll have to pay if you use them, but the price was quite fine. It's in the upper of the lake, but you have stairs that go straight to it, so it's really near 👍

上司は本当に親切です！翌日の天気などを考慮して旅行もオススメしてください。おかげで、パンシパンのスケジュールを変更することで素晴らしい景色を見ることができました！そしてカカオトークwhatsappを使っていつでも連絡すれば助けてくれます！ツアーも韓国で予約するよりも安くホテル社長がトラッキングツアーを予約していただき、よく行ってきました！最初の写真はパンシパンで、2番目はホステルからの眺めです！コーヒー飲みやすいバルコニーがあってよく利用しました！

良かった点： 完璧なサービス。とても温かく、歓迎的で、フレンドリーで、一人ひとりに合わせたサービスを提供してくれました。スタッフは一人ひとりのゲストに時間をかけて話しかけ、いつも笑顔で迎えてくれます💕 洗濯代は1kgあたり4ドルでした。洗剤の香りがとても良く、とても良かったです。 料理の種類も豊富で、朝食ビュッフェもアラカルトメニューが素晴らしかったです。スクランブルエッグは最高に美味しかったです！ビーフスープも最高でした👍 ペットも可愛かったです💕 立地は最高！街からそれほど遠くなく、それでいて静かで落ち着いた時間を過ごせる距離です。田んぼの近くで、素晴らしい景色と新鮮な空気を楽しめます。アルパインコースターも近くにあります。 マッサージも最高でした。少し値段は張りますが、とても便利で、行く価値はあります。 全体的な雰囲気は素晴らしく、リラックスできました。以下にいくつか欠点を挙げましたが、間違いなくまたここに来ます。 悪かった点： 至る所に虫がいました！ベッドにも！トコジラミはいませんでした。清潔です。しかし、立地と各家の構造上、小さな虫がたくさん飛んでいました。蚊帳があれば虫がベッドに近寄る心配はほとんどないので、ベッドの上に開けっ放しにしていました。 ポーチとバスタブから隣の部屋のポーチが見えるので、プライバシーはあまりありませんでした。一度か二度、蚊に刺されたかもしれません。個室をリクエストしたのですが、プールデッキのすぐ隣に案内されました。 ダイニングのプレースマットは汚れていて、使い回しされていました。汚れた箇所はそのままにして、食器をマットの上に置いていました。私は食器をきれいに拭いて、ナプキンの上に置いていました。 階段が多すぎました😅 ファンシーパン山に2泊1日のハイキングをした後でチェックインしたので、ホテルの敷地内を階段を上ったり下りたりするたびに太ももが痛くなりました。 総合的に見て、間違いなく9.5/10の滞在でした！

スリーピングバスタゴの夜明けに到着してチェックイン時間はできませんでしたが、荷物預かりも可能でシャワーができるようにしてくれてとても良かったです😍特にkcとhaoがとてもフレンドリーでレセプションに訪問し続けるはずです👍🏻🥰 私たちの英語の会話は少し大変でしたが笑笑顔でくれてありがとう！チェックアウト後もプールを利用して、またスリーピングバスターに行きました。朝食も一番美味しいところホテルで提供するトレッキングツアーもしてみましたがトレッキングガイドnhuもとてもフレンドリーで12km楽しくトレッキングしました 楽しくてエキサイティングな新しい経験でした 😘😘

良い、清潔で静かなホテルです。 良い点： - 新しくて清潔な部屋と新しいバスルーム設備。 - 渓谷の素晴らしい景色（窓がそちらを向いている場合）。 - 非常に親切なスタッフ（問題解決に尽力し、友人のプール利用も許可してくれました）。 - 周りに美しい蝶がたくさん飛んでいます。 賛否両論： - ホテルの立地。 市内中心部から離れた丘の上にあります。そのため静かで、悪臭もありません。しかし、中心部へはタクシーやバイクで7～10分ほどかかります。 - 美味しい朝食。作りたてのスクランブルエッグやオムレツ、スープも作ってくれます。しかし、5日以上滞在すると飽きてしまうかもしれません。 - 屋外の涼しいプール。しかし、デッキチェアが6台しかないので足りないかもしれません。 - 英語を話せるスタッフは一部のみでした。 良くなかった点： - 両替ができませんでした。 - スパがありませんでした。 - 朝食後、ホテルのレストランとバーは注文を受け付けていましたが、アルコールがないため、カクテルの半分は提供できませんでした（3種類のラム酒がありませんでした）。

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.
