What to say about that hotel, except the staff was really friendly and kind👍 we arrived around 6:30AM-7AM with a night bus, hoping that we could leave our luggage there, we rung the bell, and felt so sorry to awake him this early, but he still was super nice, telling us it was okay, and come back at 1PM for the check in. We were as sleepy as him, but did a little visit of the city waiting for the right hour. But without our luggage, which was great. The room was more than okay, with a lake view, that we couldn't see properly as we came during foggy days😅. In the rooms you'll have water, coffee and tea for free, and then some snacks and other drinks, that you'll have to pay if you use them, but the price was quite fine. It's in the upper of the lake, but you have stairs that go straight to it, so it's really near 👍

夜行バスでホテルに到着した朝、受付係が私を出迎え、予約番号を尋ねました。妻と私はパスポートを提示し、アーリーチェックインが可能だと告げられました。すると受付係は、追加料金2,400,000ベトナムドンでアップグレードルームを勧めてきました。私は予約内容からするとスタンダードルームで十分だと伝えました。すると突然、スタンダードルームは満室のためアーリーチェックインはできない、もしくはアーリーチェックインには800,000ベトナムドンを支払わなければならないと言われました。疲れて寝不足だったため、渋々ながらも腹立たしく800,000ベトナムドンを支払いました。このホテルは宿泊客からより多くのお金を得ようとしているように感じました。800,000ベトナムドン自体に問題はありません。ただ、ホテルが私をからかっているように感じて腹が立ちました。最初からアーリーチェックインができない可能性があったはずです。もし不可能なら、ホテルは不可能だと明記すべきでした。アップグレードを希望しない場合は早めのチェックインができず、80万ベトナムドンを支払わなければならないという選択肢を提示されました。私は2泊しただけなのに、3泊分の料金を支払いました。😐😐

From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

雲海に囲まれたその場所は、まるで妖精の国。棚田は絵画のように連なり、清々しく爽やかな空気と、家庭的な温かさに満ちたサービスが魅力です。喧騒から離れ、静寂と自然の美しさを心ゆくまで堪能できる、まさにベトナムの隠れた楽園。一度訪れたら、きっと帰りたくなくなるでしょう。

このリゾートはプライベートな隠れ家として設計されています。素晴らしいサービスです。街からすぐのところにあり、それほど遠くありません。本当に平和な気分で滞在できます。ベッドからファンシーパンの眺めが楽しめます。バスローブはとてもふわふわで着心地が良いので、次回泊まるときにはぜひ販売してほしいです。 排水時にバスルーム全体が水浸しになるバスタブ以外は、部屋のすべてがうまく機能しています。でも、すぐに乾きました。 部屋は静かで落ち着いており、交通騒音はまったくありませんが、カラオケが文化なので、部屋の防音には注意してください。

とても良かった。私は期間(1.27-28)に訪れたが、人はあまりなく、ほぼ一日中宿と近くを回って韓国人の朝食を食べる時を除いて見たことがない。ただ人自身を間違えてダブルルームマウンテンビューしたすごくプライベートで特に部屋がとても良かったのが清潔で高級でビューが狂ったジェル良かったのがベッドに電気毛布があってサバが韓国のように寒くて死ぬと思ってたけど 体が癒されたレストランで夕食を包んで部屋で食べますが、ブログで美味しいと聞いた野菜炒め麺(朝食にも出ます。味は同じです)と野菜炒め(ベトナムで一番美味しいです)はどれも美味しかったです。とても幸せでした...タクシーは市内-市内10万ドン、シネ-宿15万ドン。タクシー1本を突き抜けてワッツアプリでコミュニケーションしながら使い続けました。とても幸せね^^ +この時点では、水泳は難しいです... +2時に来たのですが、早めにチェックインしました。
