Замечательное расположение для тех кто устал от суеты и хочет быть ближе к природе. Великолепные виды на горы и долину. Минус могу поставить за то, что не работал интернет в номере, пришлось подключаться к соседнему бунгало. Очень приятный и доброжелательный персонал (отдельное спасибо Вангу, пару раз он нас очень выручил). Завтраки скромные, но вкусные, так же можно хорошо поужинать. В целом осталось очень приятное впечатление.

Very hospitable hotel! I arrived at 6am and they let me check in right away for additional 300k VND. They also let me check out late. The room is not luxury but clean and had everything I needed. The AC warmed my room very quickly, and hot shower worked fine too. They have many breakfast options. I really enjoyed my pho bo and black coffee. The view from my room was great.

写真通りの場所ですが、かなり古くて使い込まれた感じです。冬に来ると少し寒いですが、エアコンのおかげで部屋を暖めることができます。防音が悪いので、車の音が聞こえます。しかし、ロケーションは良く、設備もまあまあです。

Very nice place in an incredible Sapa! Cozy boho design and million dollar view from the window. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always we’re staying online. There is also a kitchen and water drink water always available. There is a steep road going there, not very long, I wasn’t super tired with my heavy backpacks. Or you might consider going up with a motorbike, cars don’t go, but actually I saw taxis going down. There is another entrance with stairs from another road, maybe with suitcases can be better. I stayed in two different rooms. So) my mornings with that view were fantastic, I felt just great!

The hotel is near the centre of the town. Owner is helpful. Help to call the bus company to confirm their arrival to fatch us.

service here is very good, customer service fast and nice, soft out problem immediately. Big room , provide everything things we need, good location , easy to go everywhere we like. we satisfied to stay here. Достаточно средне. Было написано, что номер на 5 этаже, в итоге он был на 2. На мой вопрос почему не на 5, мне ответили «вам будет трудно подниматься» 🥲 Номер просторный, вид красивый даже с 2 этажа Душ 5/10 Спальное место довольно твердое, но есть обогреватель под простыней, приятно Остановились на одну ночь, в целом, за такие деньги нормально

I highly recommend this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious and very affordable. Since Sapa can get quite cold, I really appreciated that the room came with both a heater and an electric mat (heated blanket), making the stay very cozy. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, always making sure guests are comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, and unlike some other hotels where you have to buy extra water, they provide free bottled water here. The location is also perfect—very central and convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sapa. 100% recommended!
