It was nice that we got our room on the 7th floor. Bed & 2 pillows were ok. The room had a terrace. The water complex was very good, nevertheless the massage tools in the pool & jacuzzi were too weak with no strong streams. Jakuzzi was not warm enough like it is usually in other water centres we used to be. We liked the salt sauna & other saunas as well. The pool was also good enough. It could be better system wit towels for the water centre. During check-in we were not informed that the big towels from the room must be taken to the water centre. Then you take them back to your room and try to dry. You should also be informed that there ir no hair-dryer in your room. Only two hair-dryers are at the water centre (for women). Breakfast was suprisingly with small choice of food, nevetheless we ate good enough.

A terrible experience. The first night I couldn't sleep until midnight because the room was hot and the window can’t opened by a noisy restaurant. I asked for a large bed, but didn't get it. We pushed the two beds together and sleeping was very uncomfortable due to the cover mattresses.

There was no hair dryer in the room, no shampoo or soap in the room. there was an unpleasant smell in the corridors and room.

Warm and cozy room. a huge selection of water trea**ents and baths. helpful staff. comfortable bed, rare to find in other hotels. Next time we will definitely come back to this hotel

price and quality correspond. The opening hours of the SPA center are very convenient. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. But the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. There is a small shop downstairs. Near the sea, the city center and restaurants

A great place to relax. I visit this hotel regularly. A beautiful city on the shores of the Baltic Sea, where you can relax and restore your health. Attentive staff, qualified specialists, cozy rooms.

Spa part probably one of the best ones in Estonia. Hotel room clean, but just looking a bit dated. However rooms are spacious and hotel placed near the beach and restaurants in oldtown. Biggest let down - the Buffee dinner in the evening did not meet any expectations based on its cost and what we got.

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with our visit to this hotel. The hotel room was very dirty, dust was everywhere. The furniture is old, worn out. The colossal was a shelf above the bed, which used to have a door, but now only the hinges remain. The room does not have any daytime insults. Quite strange, because directly opposite our balcony was another balcony, you should not walk in your room without clothes. The daily cleaning did not even take out the trash. The room does not have slippers and a hairdryer There's a terrible noise coming from the bathroom, apparently there was a boiler room above us or something. The food was satisfactory. The spa area was good, only sad that the administrator of the spa area does not speak English. In general, because of the dirty room, we will definitely not come back. This is the first time we see such trash in Pärnu.

Good offer online for room and spa together, good location, very close to the sea, very quite area, good choice of spa, trea**ents and pools, nice breakfast . Not very busy, good for short break. Pleasant stay.
