ベリーニハウスは本当にかわいいB&B体験でした!!私のお気に入りはスタッフでした。女の子たちは皆とてもフレンドリーで親切で、家にいるように感じました。部屋はほんの少ししかないので、ここは本当に居心地が良かったです。朝食とたまり場は私のドアのすぐ外にあり、特に一人旅として、他のゲストに近く、安全だと感じました。自分で手伝うことができる飲み物や軽食、そして「正直な箱」システムがありました。朝食は、さまざまなペストリー、新鮮な絞りジュースでした!!そして注文に応じて作られた卵。 部屋は大きかったが、非常に基本的だった。それも十分にきれいでした!ここにはエレベーターがなく、ベリーニハウスは1階から1階にあるので、荷物を階段まで運ぶ必要があります。

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Если брать цену-качество вариант хороший. 5 минут пешком до станции, можно ездить по окрестностям. До самых дальних частей старого города можно дойти пешком за 25 минут, а так он начинается в нескольких сотнях метров. Номер был довольно большим, хотя может и не всегда удобным. В целом доволен 6 дневным пребыванием.

The hotel is in a great location the big complaint was that wifi wasn’t working and first day i let front desk know and he said “ yes we know” and didn’t say if they would fix it or when. Then at night wifi still didn’t work and different front desk guy said to try in five or ten minutes still didn’t work. Then when we left the next day the front desk said it hasn’t worked for a month so very disappointed that they don’t let guests know this not try to resolve this. The room is clean and location is great but just dune expect ANY wifi

まず、ホステルでなく駅前のホテルでこの値段は破格。中央駅からは距離的に近いけど、ナポリは石畳のガタガタ度がエグくて道のりが遠く感じた（笑）部屋はめちゃくちゃ狭い。こんな狭いホテルがあるんだって逆に感心したくらい。何故かGoogleマップが指し示す場所がホテルの裏側で、地元の人に案内されてようやく辿り着けたので注意した方が良い。エレベーターがないから大きな荷物を持った人は大変そう。アメニティはシャンプーのみ。あと、寝てるうちに変な虫に８箇所も刺されて（吸血痕がないからダニではないと思う…）、しかも右手を集中的に刺されて右手がパンパンに腫れ上がった😂 掻いてもいないのに刺された場所が膿んでくるってヤバいのかな… ただ、従業員さんはみんな親切だった！無料の朝食も美味しかった！

B&Bは、鉄道駅と荷物保管ロッカーに非常に近い絶好のロケーションでした。 部屋は両方の窓に使用可能なバルコニーがあり素敵でした。エンスイートのあるリーズナブルなサイズの部屋でした。 朝食はパン、クロワッサン、ジャム、コーヒーが入った基本的なコンチネンタルでしたが、あなたを続けるのに十分でした。 午後8時以降のチェックインプロセスは少しトリッキーでした。階下のゲートの電話番号は利用できません。ありがたいことに、素敵な男が私たちをゲートを通過させましたが、アパートのブロックに右のドアが見つかるまで、各レベルを歩いていなければなりませんでした。その番号は正しいです、そして誰かが10分以内に私たちにチェックインしに来ました。 冷蔵庫も付いた素敵な静かな部屋でした。 ポンペイ/ヴェスビウスなどのアクティビティのためのミーティングポイントセンターに非常に近い。 私は将来再びここに滞在します、あなたはあなたが支払うものを再び得ます、それは予算の宿泊施設です。

L'hotel è davanti la stazione dei treni, ottimo per chi vuole viaggiare e non avere i limiti degli spostamenti, in quanto la metro è molto vicina, l'hotel è situato in un palazzo fatiscente tipico di Napoli, al primo piano, (un design diverso da tutto il resto del palazzo) la camera si presenta bene a primo aspetto, ma presenta anche alcuni problemi, nel lato bagno ci sono spesso odori sgradevoli probabilmente provenienti dal sistema fognario, ma questo problema (fortunatamente) se ne va in poco tempo scaricando l'acqua del WC, la pulizia viene fatta ogni giorno il chè è un lato positivo, la colazione è inclusa, nel complesso è un hotel ottimo per stare poche notti (2-3)

フロントデスクのウェイトレスは非常に強いイタリア訛りの英語で話し、サービスは冷たかったです。追加の掛け布団とシーツが欲しかったのですが、長い間待っても来ませんでした。部屋には電話がありませんでした。私たちは降りてフロントデスクに、男性のフロントデスクのスタッフの態度が非常に良かったことを伝えなければなりませんでした。すぐに電話したところ、すぐに届けられました。朝食はセルフサービスではありませんが、イタリア語でのコミュニケーションが難しいので、気に入らないともったいないです。ホテルの考えを理解していますか？私たちが行った日はイタリアの解放記念日で、旧市街から数キロ離れたところに住んでいたので影響はないと思っていましたが、夜中に騒音で目が覚めました。別のホテルの宴会場から10人の男女が出てきて、おしゃべりもせずに歌ったり踊ったり、窓が閉まっていないのではないかと思うくらい音が大きかった。起きて見てみると、窓が閉まっており、防音性が非常に悪く、夜中の2時頃まで鳴り止みませんでした。

スタッフは礼儀正しく、歓迎してくれ、感じが良く、中央駅まで歩いてすぐです。朝食ビュッフェも美味しく、スイーツ、ジュース、コーヒーが飲み放題です。マイナス面としては、建物が古く、家具やバスルームも古いですが、まだ機能しています。私の部屋はベッドの近くに電源プラグがなかったので、一晩中携帯電話を確認する必要があり、ベッドから起き上がってテーブルまで行って携帯電話を置かなければなりませんでした。 質問がある方へ：部屋には金庫、トイレ、冷蔵庫はありません。 エアコンがあり、遮音性も良好です。

Nice room clean and good ac wifi doesn’t work very well and a lot of stairs there is an elevator but quite sketchy was hard to figure out how to get in at first but otherwise we enjoyed our stay comfy bed and the owner is very kind
