We stayed on the Premium Suits (adult only) side of the hotel. 2024 was our second year here. The hotel is just so welcoming, every member of staff greets you with a smile, and are so helpful. No one puts themselves above anyone else they all work together as a team in order to make sure that your holiday is the best it can be. Your bags are taken to your rooms upon arrival, and the potential of your stay in this great village resort is explained by the wonderful reception team. If your staying in the premium suits, then you have access to your own restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Dependent on the style of holiday you have booked, the resort will allow you to choose at least one evenings dinning at one of three restaurants. This is well worth doing, especially the Italian option. During the day you have an option to lounge by the adults only pool and eat from the accompanying bar. This offers not only lovely food, but also great entertainment in the form of the greatest team I have ever seen. Chuss and Maylin absolutely make the place everything that it is. All the team work extremely hard, but these two will have you laughing all day long. In the evenings after dinner you have a choice to make, you can go back and sit outside your room on your patio, you can enjoy the main entertainment lounge or bar area. Or if you prefer something a little more personal then stay upstairs and enjoy a drink and live music from a local performer. Very impressive hotel in great location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with a fridge and sink. Large balcony. Good pools and we enjoyed the Al a carte breakfasts which came with deal we took. We didn't use the bars as we liked the music pubs which are close by and have pretty good live music.

My young daughter and I have been coming to Caybeach Sun the last few years. We absolutely love coming here. There is an onsite shop that has all the essentials and more, staff in the shop are lovely. There’s 2 big swimming pools, a kids pool and water slides. There’s a pool bar where you can order food and drinks through out the day, staff at the pool bar work very hard getting everyone’s order to them, they are nice and helpful. The apartments are nice, spacious and comfortable. Reception and night staff are absolutely lovely, nothing is ever too much hassle. Especially Andreas who’s always cheerful and nice. One person who really stood out to me this year is Pika the entertainer, my god he is a ball of energy. He is great with the kids. Pika does activities during the day around the pool area and gets families involved adults and children. It’s great fun. Evening entertainment the kids love tattoos and mini disco, there does be bingo, karaoke, just dance and all sorts of evening entertainment for everyone to enjoy. Pika will talk to all the families and get everyone involved. He makes a big effort to speak in English for people like me who aren’t great with the Spanish language just yet . Hats off to pika he is very good at his job. The beach and town are only about 10-15 minute walk or 2-5 mins in a taxi. Great holiday this year.

Pros - Upon arrival we found out that we had a free upgrade to one of the new rooms. The upgrade gave us access to a pool and sunbed area for around 15 rooms and a more luxurious terrace. We loved the privacy of the terrace and small swimming pool which felt much more superior to the larger swimming pool area - Generally the hotel and private pool area was quiet - The housekeeping service was good, rooms very clean - A lovely range of alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails - The staff are all friendly, especially woman on receptionil - Receptionist was quick to resolve issues, eg. When our mini bar wasn't filled up Cons - On the last day myself and my partner had food poisoning. We'd only eaten and drank at the hotel for days so it was definitely from the hotel - Hard bed - The private swimming pool was accessed through the patio doors. However, when the maid cleaned people's rooms she locked the door. Due to building work happening there was no other way to access the room, so I had to go through another guests room to access my room. Later in the week, the same thing happened to another guest and Iet them walk through my room to access their room - Food was quite cheap and tasteless - do not do all inclusive here! - Entertainment was quite cringe - however the hotel was made up of mainly 65 plus who seemed to like it - Lack of staff led to long queues at the pool bar and waiting for drinks at lunch and dinner - whilst we loved staying in new room with the private pool, building work was still being carried out. It does ruin the relaxing vibe when maintenance workers are painting your patio walls and installing lights when you're sunbathing! Not so much a con, but this hotel is generally catered to the 65 plus demographic which did give it a bit of an old people's home feel, so be warned if you're younger! We did speak to people who had been returning to the hotel for 15 years so clearly suits some people!

We have now stayed at Dreams for the fourth time and we will now be looking to make this an annual pilgrimage! Rooms are spacious and very well appointed. Staff are very accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. Excellent food choices and very good quality and varied nightly entertainment. Easy walking distance either to the marina or the old town. Highly recommended!!!

完璧な一週間離れています。部屋はきれいで、ホテルはきれいで、スタッフは素晴らしかったです。彼らにとってそれほど面倒なことは何もありませんでした、そして彼らは陽気で幸せでした。プールエリアは常に清潔で、たくさんのサンベッドがありました。ハーフボードの食事クレジットシステムは私たちにとってうまく機能し、毎晩ホテルで食事をしたくない場合は素晴らしいアイデアです。将来また戻る機会があればいいなと思います。

We have just spent 7 nights here with children aged 6 , 8, 12, 16, 19. As we were such a large family I did have to book 2 rooms. I sent an email request asking for these to be next each other. This was no possible but they did have us in the same block and floor. We arrived early hours and was given a packed lunch by reception which we thought was lovely. Although the sandwiches were mouldy so obviously was not eaten. We were happy with our rooms, they were very basic but were clean. Before coming were thought the hotel had more restaurants but infact there are 2 serving identical foods. During the day the pool bar also served your basic snacks of pizza, chicken nuggets, chips ect. We chose to go all inclusive but because the food was very basic we only ate on the hotel grounds twice throughout the week. The hotel has several pools and one main pool. Main pool has a few small slides which the children enjoyed and there is also a splash park for the younger children which was great. There was never any need to rush and put your towels down as their was always plenty of sun loungers. We would use the main pool of a morning then use the smaller pool at our apartment block during the afternoon just for some quieter relaxation time. During the evening there is entertainment for the children, I wouldn't say this is the best but I was ok to pop down for an hour before we headed out off site. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The grounds are huge and everywhere looks identical so getting lost became the norm! Getting off site was fine, reception would call us taxis and it was only 5 euros into playa blanca or down to the marina. Over all we had an ok week, and the kids had fun. I wouldn't choose to stay here again but I wouldn't tell people not to book here either
