We’ve just got back from a week at the Princess Yaiza - our first visit to Lanzarote. Overall a great week away, but definitely not the best 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel is in a lovely location, right on the beach and close to the marina and restaurants. We actually found it very windy within the hotel complex - a lot more windy than outside so it felt colder at times especially if the weather was overcast. The hotel does say that the pools are heated however they still felt relatively cold and a lot of people weren’t in them until afternoon- particularly on the days when it wasn’t warmer till 3ish. The children’s facilities are great. Our 3 year old loved the soft play and the parks in Kikoland and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! We also loved size of the rooms we just had a standard suite but felt we had a lot of room for the 3 of us with the lounge area being separate and nice size terrace. Food I would say was pretty average. Breakfast was fine; lots of choice. Evening buffet wasn’t too bad but I found options for children quite limited - mainly just pizza chips chicken nuggets etc. we did the teppanyaki restaurant which was good & would recommend doing the a la cartes over the buffet although an extra charge even if half board!

親友との40年の友情を祝う素晴らしい旅行。大きなバルコニー付きのプールと海を見下ろすクラブルームに宿泊しました。クラブ内の施設は素晴らしく、追加費用の価値があります。スタッフはどこへ行っても気配りが行き届いていて、特にアフタヌーンティーやディナードリンクでザカリアが提供する楽しみを楽しんだ。彼の「5分飲む時間の残り時間」(少なくとも1時間以上残っていた頃)は皆を笑顔にさせた。彼は夕方の無料バーで異なるカクテルのレシピを提案し、いつもみんなの日後に尋ねました。私たちは旅行をし、崖を越えてパパガヤビーチ(かわいい柔らかい黄色の砂浜を持つ砂浜)まで歩いて楽しんだので、プールエリアを使用しませんでした。それはいつもリラックスして見え、それについて静かな平和がありました。次回はプールセッションを試すかもしれません。周りにはたくさんのレストランがありますが、アフタヌーンティーと夕方の飲み物と一緒に軽食をいくつか用意しています。

Just got back from our week at the Hotel Rubicon Palace, having stayed previously in 2019. This time my husband and I were accompanied by our four year old and 10 month old baby - it was our first trip abroad as parents and we had high hopes following our previous trip. There's much to like about this hotel - the grounds and the public areas of the hotel are all very well kept, the staff are generally friendly and welcoming, and we enjoyed the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. Our four year old adored the mini club and all the activities. And he had the time of his life in the children's pool. We had a few minor issues during the week - having to change rooms due to bugs, key card not working, etc, but we were able to sort these with the help of the staff. The reason I'm writing this review (and I almost never write reviews) is that I was so so disappointed with the cleanliness of the baby club. Our ten month old is too young for the activities which are for 1-3 year olds, but he's very mobile so I was really looking forward to taking him to the baby play area so that he could play safely each day. However, it was FILTHY and I didn't feel that we could safely use the facility. The staff there were lovely, and clearly wonderful with the babies and toddlers, but there appears to be zero cleaning protocol for the baby club. One of the baby walkers had dirt encrusted around all the buttons, and each toy had a thin layer of grime all over it - including every ball in the ball pit. Now I get that babies are yucky creatures, and it's hard to keep things clean - but this level of dirt looks like it has been accumulating for YEARS. Has no-one really complained about this in all this time? Or have people complained, and the hotel has so little regard for its youngest visitors that it has done nothing about it? I know the management read these reviews and respond.... for me, the only acceptable response will be to tell me that you're closing the baby club for a day or two to do a thorough deep clean of all the surfaces and toys. And that the baby club will get cleaned as regularly as all the other parts of the hotel going forward. And if parents are reading this before their holiday, and they arrive to find the baby club is still in such a poor state - please raise it with management! They cannot claim ignorance of this anymore. Our babies deserve better than this.

I stayed as a Prestige Premium Suite guest. The suite was lovely and cleaned spotlessly by marvellous cleaners. The El Mirador adults only restaurant and bar could have been really nice but food choices were limited except for breakfast and dishes were sometimes not labelled. Seafood was left out in the buffet without a chiller cabinet or ice as were other items daily, a clear hazard. This morning all coffee machines were broken and there were not enough staff to clear tables. I reported this to Reception as I literally couldn’t find a member of staff to tell. The staff were lovely in general and worked incredibly hard but there were just too few of them. As a result there were often queues at the bar, unclean areas , that remained unclean day after day and long waits for drinks to be brought to your table - you could not help yourself. All inclusive drinks were limited with a disappointing lack of premium brands considering this was a 4 star plus on the Jet 2 rating. It’s been demoted to a 4 star now but presents more like a 2 or 3 star. I ate one meal in The Brasserie which was well staffed and the food lovely - even so meat products were left out of refrigeration as part of the starter buffet. The adults only pool bar was also understaffed, lovely staff running around like crazy. The adults only pool area is a nice idea but it’s too small, unless you get there early before 10 there is not much hope of a lounger. The pool has damaged tiles, hand rails to get in and out all wobble badly and loungers were not clean. This hotel is chronically under staffed. Staff shortages seem to affect all areas except room cleaning. I am disappointed that management have not addressed this point directly in their replies to previous reviews. Jet2 need to address this situation urgently for the sake of future customers. I dread to think what things will be like in the busy summer holidays. I can’t recommend this hotel and certainly would not come back.

H10ホテルに初めて滞在し、全体的に私たちは本当に感動しました。ホテルのいたるところが素敵で清潔です。スタッフは素晴らしいです。あまり問題ありません 良い場所。海辺、港、プラヤブランカまで歩いてすぐ オールインクルーシブドリンクはブランドスピリッツで、良い対策でした 食べ物は多様でした。イタリアンレストランは素敵でした。プールバーには、ランチや軽食に適したメニューがありました。各サービスの最後にビュッフェレストランに行くと、食べ物が不足しています。寒く、長い間目立っていました。部屋はエアコン付きで広としていました。私たちはホテルの裏にいたので、駐車場を見下ろしましたが、静かでした。部屋は毎日掃除されます。シャワージェル、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディローションを提供しています。また、バスルームにはヘアドライヤーがあり、短い髪には問題ありませんが、ボタンを押す必要があります。歯ブラシ、シェービングキット、ティッシュも用意されています。私たちが到着したとき、冷蔵庫にボトル入りの水と飲み物がありましたが、補充されませんでした。レセプションからボトルを4ユーロで購入でき、周辺の給水機から充填できます。ベッドは巨大で快適でした。そして、座席エリアは広としていて、ソファは快適でした。テレビには英語のニュースチャンネルしかありません。日中はプールサイドでエンターテイメントがあります。歌手、DJなど、夕方のエンターテイメントは多様でした。いくつかは優秀で、いくつかは陽気で悪いです。1つのプールは加熱されましたが、もう1つは凍っていました。しかし、小さいので、水泳には大丈夫ですが、水泳には適していません。日陰用のパラソルはそれほど多くありませんが、毎日座る場所と必要なときにパラソルを見つけることができました。スパは素敵です。マッサージをして、とても良くてリラックスできました。

このホテルをお勧めします!美しい庭園に設定された楽しいアパートとバンガローは、複合施設はいっぱいでしたが、決して知りません!私はこれほど平和な場所に行ったことがありません。プライベートヴィラやアパートのグループのように感じます。スタッフは喜びです。場所全体がきれいです。私たちが持っていた唯一の小さな不満(そしてこれはnit-pickingです)はファンがなかったという事実でした。バスルーム、キッチンには、誘導ホブ付きの小さな範囲のパン、トースター、マイクロ波オーブンでスナックをささやくための設備が整っていました。私が本当に強調しなければならないのは、くつろぐのに最適な場所の平和です。町のこの端ではタクシーが少し少なくなりますが、前日までにレセプションから呼び出すことができます。複合施設のアリーナバーの結果の一部は、プールバーと同様に素晴らしいサービスを提供します。全体として、最も楽しい経験です。
