The place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all .
I will not stay here ,again.
I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored.
Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄
So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby.
Very disappointed 😞

My husband and I spent a week at this hotel. Couldn't fault it at all. We went B&B and I have to say the food was fabulous at breakfast. Plenty of fresh fruit, salads, cheeses, hams and British type fry up items. We requested side view room (highly recommend as it can be very noisy at night times with bars and restaurants and the front of the hotel) which reception kindly accommodated. Another tip, if you go to this hotel during Jan - Feb, the pool view rooms won't get sun as they are in the shade. Teddy from the animation team made our holiday. His aqua aerobics sessions and games around the pool were throughly enjoyed. He works really really hard and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you Teddy. The hotel also put on nightly entertainment from bingo, karaoke and live music. We'll happily return..., hopefully when the weather is a little warmer :-)

Three star is perfect for this hotel. Clean but dated in areas. Limited food choice but edible on the all inclusive option Pool area nice but few weeds growing through tiles. Didn’t go for the entertainment but that seemed fairly poor really. Drink choice limited. Rooms clean and tidy. Rooms service very friendly and tidied bedroom daily. The beds are very comfy and also space inside room is fine. Would stay there again but probably not all inclusive as there is loads of food places nearby.

Nice hotel only complaint was we had a room near the delivery area so we got woke up about 5am to 6am most mornings. Nice bar in the hotel and great location within walking distance of some nice restaurants and bars. Would go back again but I think I would like a room at the other side.

The bed was comfortable room was very clean towels changed everyday.Shower was excellent hot running water all day . Staff were very friendly.Buffet very good something for everyone. We had a great stay no problems at all well done . Would definitely recommend the hotel very central for all amenities

Went to hotel greenfields from the 21st - 28th January for 7 nights had a lovely stay, great location, food good, the pool was very good, would definitely go back, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family The hotel is in location of bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach You didn’t have to go far to get taxis and there was also busses aswell

Very clean hotel in the centre of everything ideal location just in need of bit of refurb wouldn't hesitate to stay again and probably will be at end of year if not definitely next year for some winter sun breakfast was usual stuff for country and dining room clean only did b and b as many nice places to eat in short walk

Stayed for 4 nights with husband and son in one bed apartment. Bed were comfortable. Room cleaned every other day to good standard. Room had all we needed. Pool was warm for time of year we were there. Breakfast was good. Vending machines available with snacks and drinks.
