ビーチーズ ポート ダグラス(Beaches Holiday Apartments with Onsite Reception & Check IN)

Fantastic stay at beautiful Beaches Port Douglas! Mitchell the Op Manager and the whole team went above & beyond to help our group of close friends and family secure great apar**ents for our dates! This accomm has gorgeous beach & pool views with beautiful modern open plan appar**ents! We have stayed in many places in PD and this definitely tops the lot!!! Stunning 😍

It was sad to see the poor condition of the grounds at Beaches. I have not been for a couple years and noticed a huge change. Not sure if there is financial issues but not good. The tropical gardens are in poor condition, the pool is looking tired. I didn't use the BBQ but another guest said they were hard to use. The accommodation was excellent, but is being let down by the external features. I have to question value for money

This is our 4th visit to Port Douglas and Beaches is the best yet. Great communication from managenent from the day of booking to the day of checkout. Friendly, helpful front desk. Simply stunning finishes and the best location in Port Douglas overlooking the beach, pool and spa. We will be back!

Just spent 4 nights in Apar**ent 322. Firstly, what a beautiful apar**ent. Beautifully setup and I understand recently renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen are wonderful. This apar**ent is based on the third level with a large veranda overlooking the beach and pool area. It is absolute waterfront and arguably the best location in Port Douglas as it’s just around the corner from the Macrossan Street restaurants and shops. The pool is perfect and has an infinity like end looking over the beach. Highly recommend Beaches, particulate this apar**ent as it has great views over the beach. Has a laundry also which is very handy being able to wash and dry clothes in such a hot tropical environment. The staff here were always friendly and helpful and assisted us with a late checkout as our transfer wasn’t until 12.15pm- thank you Beaches for a great relaxing time.

We had a lovely stay in a poolside luxe apar**ent for 9 nights. So easy to get to beach, Main Street and wharf on foot. Staff were delightful and very helpful with my elderly mother. 307 was perfect for us with no stairs for her to negotiate. Had the perfect stay.

The best location! The pool was amazing and we could just walk across the road to the beach, perfect for families! We stayed in apartment 329, which was a little dated and could do with new furniture and a renovation, but definitely had the best view overlooking the pool and the beach. A short stroll to the main street and the best restaurants and pubs. Reception was helpful with organising transfers and a boat trip for us. We stayed here before the school holidays started and it was nice and peaceful, just what we needed.

Beaches, The Esplanade, was perfect for our needs. A secure complex, we had ground floor apar**ent with easy access to pool directly facing the beach. It was very comfortable and spacious. Just a short walk to the Main Street, or grab a shuttle which always seemed to be going past at the right time. Tip.. ask for a room away from the bin area. Really stinky every time we walked the path. BBQ area is right next door to it…looked like it never got used! Tip.. we hired a car for one day only through ‘sixt’, sightseeing north to Cape Trib. Tip.. Sailaway outer reef trip to Mackay Cay, worth every penny. Transfers from Cairns airport to PD via Exemplar. Highly recommend these companies.

The excellent service started before we even arrived. We were travelling through Port Douglas straight to the Daintree prior to booking in. I called on our way to see if we could drop off our bags on our way through, we expected the bags to be left in the reception area but when we arrived Fiona had checked with housekeeping and had our apar**ent ready for us to move into straight away. 😁 this was much appreciated as we had food that really needed to go into the fridge. Our apar**ent was spacious with amazing views overlooking the beach. We had two big bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a great kitchen and spectacular views over the pool and beach. We will be back!

Rented via the main website. Allocated unit 327. Was meant to be king in master, 2 twins in 2nd room. Ended up with double in the master and 2 twins in the 2nd. Haven’t slept in a double since before I was married so not much of a holiday. Pools behind kids rooms are super noisy, sheets were dirty on arrival. Unit has the bare minimum of anything actually need to “self contained”. I’ve since found you can rent the same complex but particular units on air bnb or other sites so I would highly recommend that as at least You know what you are getting.
