We stayed here for 7 nights. Great location close to beach, shops, cafes, restaurants. Clean and well appointed apartment. Pool was heated in winter which was great. Staff very friendly. Nice breeze from the beach. Great to have washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

Small but lovely clean apartment with everything you need for a great stay including a pool and outside bbq area. The manager Andrew could not have been more helpful. Perfectly placed to walk to the beach or into Port Douglas for breakfast cafes, shops and evening restaurants. Also good for short car journeys to the wildlife sanctuaries, Mossman Gorge and the Daintree rainforest. If that’s not enough boats leave for The Great Barrier Reef every day.

Lovely place to stay, just a little criticism the cushions outside were a little old but the overall stay was fantastic was there for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The 1 bedroom apartment was great for my wife and I. All the best to Andrew and Cindy keep up the good work.

Andrew and Cindy are great managers. The property is well maintained, and the units are well supplied and comfortably furnished. The property is really well situated. It’s an easy walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. The pool is positioned in front of the building where it gets sun. This is not the first time we have stayed here, and we intend to return next year.

We always have a great experience staying at Garrick House. Fantastic hosts, great location and amenities! The rooms have everything you need. Walking distance to everything without being in the main street. Cannot recommend enough, don’t hesitate to book Garrick House!

We had an excellent apartment overlooking the pool. The apartment was light filled and flowed really well. The bathrooms were both recently renovated and had great storage. The kitchen had everything we needed for eating, drinking and cooking.

We had a very relaxing holiday at Garrick House. The staff were very professional and friendly. The Room was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our request of flat pillows. The pool was warm and amenities were pristine clean. The location was close to both beach and town and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended.

My unit was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. The managers were very helpful and thoughtful. Unfortunately I could hardly reach the cupboards in the kitchen and I gave up trying to reach the shelf in the shower! May I suggest some more hooks or rails in the bathroom- one rail is not enough. I thoroughly recommend a stay at Garrick House.

Garrick House is in the perfect location, one block to the beach and one block to the Main Street. Considering its location it is extremely quiet, with very little traffic. The pool, BBQ, outdoor kitchen & ensuite make swimming and eating a breeze. Our accomodation was clean, comfortable and all that we expected. Life is so easy when staying at Garrick House.
