Good service, very clean and appealing. Very good breakfast. Comfortable and easy access.

Super comfortable beds. The hot breakfast was delicious. Lots of different choices. Not a lot of restaurants close by, but one exit down on 95 there was everything. I would stay there again.

Room was still dirty, towels in floor beds still messed up bathroom a mess. Moved to a new room on second floor after we requested ground floor. Workers additional rooms doors left wide open with deadbolt engaged. Left do not disturb hangers on doors arrived to our rooms second night doors left open which means someone entered rooms with possessions left unattended all day with out oversight. Thankfully nothing was stolen. Would not recommend under any circumstances. Hampton Inn has always been exceptional, however this location lack proper standards.

Breakfast and attendant was great. Ice machine was out of order, ice bucket had no liner bag. Very noisy apparently due to thin walls.

We typically stay at Hampton's for our trips but I was disappointed in this one. First, the internet was down. Then the phone in our room didn't work. Person at the desk just said "its probably defective." There were no glasses or coffee cups in the room so you couldn't drink water nor fix coffee. Then this is just off of a busy highway that has a lot of truck traffic and is a crossroads for truck stops so there is a lot of noise during the night and early morning. I had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise the room and facilities were clean and comfortable.

Looks like the floor in the room is warped, tv remote didn’t work and wanted to watch playoff game, no sheet on bed, no WiFi, charged $50 fir pet. No a good stay

My hotel stay was disappointing; the air vent in my room blew out dust due to being extremely dirty, the shower curtain was unclean, and there were pet hairs on the carpet. On a positive note, the front desk staff, Mandi and Mari, provided excellent customer service, making them valuable assets to the hotel.

I bought a 3$ bottle of water but saw a charge of 9,00 on my credit . Maybe somebody put a tip of 5 $ ?????without my knowledge??? I did not received my bill vs email or at the hotel

Your employees were all very nice and helpful. The lady working in the breakfast area was top notch, I wish I knew her name! And what you provided for breakfast was way more than we had anticipated. THANK YOU!

Great location, quiet, nice bathroom with glass shower doors, great hot breakfast and friendly staff. Only 15 minute easy drive to downtown Savannah and 1/2 the price of staying in town. Would recommend using Old Town trolly.

Hotel was perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Clean and wonderful free breakfast. AC need to be cleaned because smell bad.

Ideally located near entrance ramp to I95. Hotel somewhat renovated but needs new common area carpets. Bathroom renovated with higher end fixtures but sink drain would not work.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room we stayed in has a broken sink which i had to remove the stopper for it to drain. The toilet doesnt work well either because the seal was loose and water kept on running down the drain. The property definitely needs maintenance. The breakfast is pretry good. The room is clean but the furniture has some stains.

The pool was closed and we were not notified when we booked. They had us pay for our room twice. They did reverse the charge after I showed my payment
