Between the months of May through September, please set the A/C to no less than 75°F during the day as this can freeze the units and cause significant repair costs (as well as no more cool air). For the months of April and October, the A/C shall not go below 70°F during the day. Between the hours of 9PM to 8AM throughout the entire year, we ask that both A/C not be adjusted to any temperature less than 68°F. For the purposes of this Agreement, unlawful purpose includes the storage, use, or location on the Property of any drug or substance the storage, use, or possession of which is prohibited by any law or regulation of a government having jurisdiction of the area in which the Property is located. Renter shall not permit any portion of the Property to be used in any manner, and Renter and all occupants shall not engage in any activity in connection with the Property and whether at or away from the Property, that may endanger the person or property of the Landlord or of any third-party.
